Summary:
Welcome to The Greenhouse where the feel of rural Upstate NY meets modern design in spacious setting, all just minutes to downtown Ithaca. Access the 3 bedroom /2 bathroom home without stairs for easy access.

**Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. The Greenhouse and Boho House each have fully private indoor and outdoor space for full privacy.

Inside the home you’ll find modern design touches, plenty of workspaces to WFH.

Dogs allowed when added to reservation. Sorry, no cats

The Neighborhood:
Our property is set on 7 rural acres and provides a feeling of privacy and relaxation. 7 minutes to Downtown Ithaca. 10 minutes to Cornell. 4 minutes to Ithaca College.

Getting Around:
Ithaca has Uber and Lyft but reliability is hit and miss. Guests will most likely want a car when staying here.

Interaction with Guests:
We give guests their privacy but we're just a message away if you need anything.

Great place - exactly as advertised - tranquil, great base to explore Treman/Enfield, Buttermilk, Ithaca, and Tighanock. The host was clear in communications, and the place was clean and pleasantly stocked with basics!!

Winter getaway

Loved the house. Perfect location to hiking trails yet close to downtown. Super comfy home tjat was excellently maintained and very clean. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Great location and lovely property

A wonderful short girls trip! Close to the state parks, town, cideries and wineries. The property is well maintained inside and out. Inside is clean, comfortable, and has many considerate amenities. The outdoors has many seating areas, a small pond, games, and a fire pit with a much appreciated s'mores kit! An EV charger was also a great surprise!!

Quick Visit to Ithaca

Very much enjoyed our visit to Ithaca and home (dropping son at Uni) even though weather did not participate to enjoy walks and smores (home has a lovely setup to enjoy). Location is great, very easy to get down to Commons (restaurants, etc in quick 10 min max) but able to get out to countryside which is beautiful and green (at least this time of year ;)...Thanks Evan for recommendations and accessibility!

Modern, clean, welcoming family-friendly space!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property! My husband and I were in town to introduce our 1.5 year old daughter to his grandmother, and this was the perfect, clean and quiet oasis for us after many days of traveling. Everything was clean and new, with a modern, open and calming design. Evan and Stephanie thought of everything - from the welcoming treats and snacks to the well stocked kitchen to the toiletry selection, this place had it all! We highly recommend and would definitely come back! There was even a great desk and computer space for working from home. And the AC and washer/dryer was a huge plus for our traveling family during the July heat. The yard space and fire pit were also a huge plus as well as closeness to downtown Ithaca and shops, grocery, etc. On top of that, Evan went the extra mile to communicate quickly and kindly with us when we needed to book last minute. Thanks for a great stay!
