Located in the quaint building of Arrowhead Court, 3rd floor, with a beautiful view of one of the small lakes on property. This property is centrally located in Kingston Plantation which makes it an easy walk to the beach or for a quick bite to eat on property. The building is styled like a lodge, creating an inviting atmosphere upon arrival. The pool is a short walk over the bridge. Enjoy beautiful landscape views and see if you can see some of the on property water fowl on one of the many property lakes. The new owner has made beautiful updates and is fully equipped for your stay. Has 2 beds/2 full baths; queen sleeper sofa to host a few extras. You will have access to the pool right behind the complex and while staying on property it is a short walk to the beach. Come enjoy your next getaway!

Golf vacation

Nice condo. Everything we needed was available. Great communication with host. Only negative was my wife killed two roaches. I guess with all the rain they wanted to get out of the weather. Other than that would recommend.

Great time!

Everything was perfect! We loved the self-serve check-in process. Beach was a short walk from the location and it was close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back for our next girls trip! We had no complaints!

Beach Vacation

This is a nice, little condo with many updated features. It was about a 10 minute walk or less to the ocean, which was nice. The pool was nice as well. There were many restaurants close to the condo. Margaritas Mexican was very good if you need a break from Seafood :).

Nice condo but should have been cleaned better

Nice condo. Cleaning crew did not do a good job. Pieces of trash laying around and dirt in corners of floor. Sheets looked dirty. We washed them and they were stained.

Nice little getaway

Pool was nice, a short distance to the beach. Place was clean and quiet. The only bad thing is the available parking, it’s across the lot and at night it gets dark and hard to find spaces.
