A luxury apartment (90 m²) at 2nd floor with elevator access.
It's a two bedroom property in a superb location with views of the Marina, garden and swimming pool. It's situated in a privileged position called 'Marina Village'. The apartment is just a short walk away from the award winning Lagos Marina, the town centre and the fabulous "Meia Praia" Beach and super market. It is also just a short drive to the regions' best beaches and golf courses. Communal garden and swimming pool. Thé construction works at our neighbour called Bayview are at their final stage. See posted picture.

Lovely apartment space but not location..

The positives are that the apartment is large & well equipped. There is a large terrace with lovely views to the Marina. Unfortunately, the negatives are that the outside space is not usable Mon - Fri between 8am & 5pm due to ongoing construction project of Marina Bay. The noise & dust significantly impacts use of the terrace during the day.

Thanks Jen for your feedback. Apologize for thé noise. These roadworks on the neighbours parcel are in the meantime finished. By the way, around the swimming pool it would have been very comfortable on the sun chairs as there was no noise. BTW, you have forgotten to mention that you were able to access thé apartment much earlier and that you found 100 euros in the books. As said, thé construction on the neighbours roads are finished since October 23'. Kind regards, Hugo

Schönes Appartement ohne Meerblick

Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet alles vorhanden. Hugo war gut zu erreichen und hat sofort reagiert und die unzureichende Reinigung und einen technischen Defekt sofort beheben lassen. Leider wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt, das der Meerblick von der Terrasse durch eine Baustelle ersetzt wurde. Wir hatten Baulärm von 8:00 bis 19:00 mit einer Mittagspause von 1-2 Stunden. An unserem zweiten Samstag wurde ebenfalls gearbeitet, Sonntags war Ruhe. Das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst und uns dann vermutlich anders entschieden. Zu diesem Thema hat Hugo sich leider sehr ignorant verhalten. Ein Angebot zur Kompensation des Mangels hat es leider nicht gegeben, schade eigentlich. Das Bauprojekt "Marina Bay Views" mit 4 Bauphasen wird sich noch eine Weile hinziehen. Aktuell wird Phase 1 gebaut. Also ist noch eine Zeit lang mit Beeinträchtigungen zu rechnen, der Meerblick ist für immer verbaut.

Ich könnte mehrere Seiten über die schlechte Haltung von Christian schreiben. Aber, ich werde es in 3 Worten zusammenfassen, er ist ein verspottet Vogel, Heuchler und manchmal lügt...!!! Während der gleichen Mietzeit hatte ich viele Gäste, die ihren Aufenthalt mit einem 5/5 auf anderen Vermietungs-Websites belohnten. Ja, es gibt Arbeiten im Nachbarhaus, aber sie sind in ihrer letzten bau Phase. Da die Arbeiten an den Großwerken in Phase I abgeschlossen sind, haben sie Anfang September Phase II begonnen, die rasch voranschreitet. Phase II liegt deutlich hinter Phase I, so dass es keine Nachteile gegenüber der Wohnung gibt. Die Ansichten sind wie die Bilder reflektieren. Sie sind nicht gefälscht, wie Christian behauptet... Ich würde Christian nie als Mieter empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der Blick vom Balkon. Das Schwimmbad hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben es täglich genutzt. Lagos ist ein schöner Ort und für uns Ausgangspunkt gewesen uns die wunderschöne Algarve anzuschauen bzw. kennenzulernen.

Champagne on Arrival!! Great Apartment, Great Loaciton, Great Host!!

This has got to be one of the best 2-bedroom apartments to rent in Lagos! from the apartments elevated position you have Beautiful far-reaching views, of the Atlantic Ocean, the Marina, and Lagos town through the large floor to ceiling lounge doors which open all the way up to offer that inside/outside feeling. Just enough all day sun to enjoy from the large double fronted balcony to be satisfied but without heating the apartment up too much, with proper fully fitted air-conditioning for the days it does get a bit too hot. Very stable Super Fast (110+ Mbps), reliable internet connection. I had to work from the apartment during my stay and I, therefore, need a proper internet connection! Two good size bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice modern kitchen. Very well equipped, the apartment has more than what you need to be comfortable. Very clean and furnished to an impeccable standard. Very nice communal garden area with a great pool to bask in the sun! Hugo, the host of the apartment, is a very nice chap who meet me to check-in had a bottle of champagne for us chilling in the fridge as a welcome gift and showed how everything works and was on hand when needed, and was very helpful and professional. A great stay in Lagos, thank you so much, we will return... ;-)
