This beachfront condo is a fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1500 sq. foot space that comes with a 2 car garage and elevator access. Guests will be greeted with an open floor plan and views of the Pacific Ocean as soon as they step inside the door. Soak in the sunset from either one of the beach-facing balconies.

The property is exactly as advertised. The host is very responsive. The ocean view is spectacular. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying here for future visits.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time renting this property and both times were wonderful. Great location, steps from the beach, shops and restaurants and the host was very easy to work with.

The host was very responsive. There was a mix up with entry codes and the issue was immediately resolved. This was the second time staying at this property and we hope to return again. The view is great. There is a lot of activity in front on the property as there is a parking lot between the property and beach. ( Makes great for people watching from the balcony.) We had a great time....walking distance to Pismo Pier and downtown restaurants.

Amazing

Brought my in laws who flew in from Chicago and they were blown away by the beautiful condo with the amazing view of the ocean. Stayed 3 nights, would definitely recommend. Great location, steps away from the beach and short walk to the pier and stores.

Great Stay!

My wife and I took my 89 year old mom to Pismo Beach and the Melodrama. The location was perfect. The elevator eliminatrd all steps which was a giant plus. Awesome view and great for people watching!

Amazing Host and Rental!

It was our first time renting this condo and it was amazing! Our host provided easy contact and communication that was needed upon arrival, making us feel very welcomed and appreciative of her help. My family enjoyed every minute of detailed comfort and amenities, privacy/security, stunning ocean views, and easy beach access. We had a beautiful fun time and anticipate returning again.

Beautiful Condo

We loved the condo. 11:00 check out time unrealistic with a 3:00 check in time. Would have paid more for an hour or two in the morning. Other than that, perfect stay and beautiful space with 2 balconies.

Cute Condo - Perfect Beach Access / Not what I expected

Cute place, walking distance to the beach. The location was awesome. There was some maintenance issues. Bed in second room slats were broken making the bed sink down onto the trundle making it extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen sink was leaking which made cleaning up after meals difficult. Trash left behind from prior occupant, water bottles and tooth floss on the outdoor patio. Overpriced for all the issues.

Beautiful condo, amazing ocean view, and close to town

We had a wonderful time in this amazing condo. It has a spectacular ocean view from the patios, and also from inside. We watched whales breach while sitting at the dining room table. The 2-bedroom layout is fantastic with plenty of room for privacy. One of our guests used a walker and she could easily get around. The boardwalk begins out front for an easy walk to the downtown and pier. There is a small parking lot between the condo and the ocean but it wasn't a problem or distraction. We can't wait to return.

Great Location To Watch The Fireworks

First off let me say that communication with the host was spectacular. The only reason I gave the check-in process 4 stars instead of 5 was because VRBO gave us the wrong entry codes for the garage and front door. We called Sayam and she answered on the first ring both times - on the 4th of July! I was expecting to leave a message. We arrived a little ahead of schedule and she let us check in early. She was very accommodating. Terrific customer service! The property was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach and the Pismo Beach fireworks. I would definitely stay here again.

Ocean Front

This condo is in an excellent location in Pismo Beach. Very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. It is in walking distance to everything wonderful in this delightful city. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental.
