The master bedroom is on this level and has a comfy king bed and en-suite bath.  For those warm days the master bedroom is air conditioned and great for those mid-day naps. On the second floor you will find a media/TV room, desk area, and a guest bedroom with queen bed, along with a full bath. This bedroom is air conditioned as well. On the third floor there is a sumptuous guest bedroom with en-suite bath and vaulted ceiliings. This bedroom has a queen bed as well as a daybed and twin trundle making it perfect for the kids. This room is not air conditioned but with the great windows and skylights it isn't needed due to the ventilation and the cross breeze. Of course in the winter cuddle up under the comforter and get some rest to carve those perfect turns on the hill!
