This property has full golf membership and FULL AMENITY ACCESS and is located within 6 miles of Disney theme parks and many other major attractions and only 30 minutes to/from Orlando International Airport. The resort offers miniature putt putt golf, tennis/pickleball, 10 pools, fitness center, walking and bike paths, restaurants and a 5-acre waterpark with a 'lazy river'

This spacious unit is conveniently located in the Villas South Community in very close proximity to the waterpark and the Grande hotel which boasts 3 restaurants including the Eleven and a rooftop pool. The home has 3 large bedrooms and each includes an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a KING sized bed and full bathroom with a bathtub and large separate shower with direct access to the large balcony, a 65" television and work desk. The second bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed, en suite bathroom with bath/shower combo and 55" Smart HDTV. The third bedroom offers 2 FULL SIZE beds, en suite bathroom with a bath/shower combo and 55" Smart HDTV.
The oversized balcony has a beautiful view of tropical trees and plants, walking paths and green space. There is outdoor seating for SIX and room for more on the spacious balcony.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen which includes granite counters, bar height granite counter top with 3 bar height stools, and a large glass dining room table with seating for SIX. A front load washer and dryer with starter laundry detergent is included.

The living area has an oversized couch perfect for a family or group of friends with a 75" Smart HDTV and cable.

This vacation home is professionally managed by a licensed and approved property management company that ensures top notch service which includes theme park ticket sales, resort amenity access and enhanced cleaning procedures.

This was our second time staying at this condo, and both times we were comfortable, and made to feel welcome. Any issue we may have had was met and taken care of quickly.We will be renting this condo again.

The balcony was very peaceful and relaxing. We spend a few evenings and mornings out there. The place was not spotless but we were able to fix that on our own. Amazing service from the host in answering questions that we had. Loved the pool and water park. Spent a few days relaxing in the lazy river. Amazing staff as well as bar. Very friendly.

Close to main attractions without the heavy traffic!

Our stay was great! We walked in to the condo smelling amazing and very clean. The beds were all comfy and all of my family woke up refreshed each day. The location of the condo was also only a 15-20 minute ride to main attractions like Disney parks, Old Town park, the outlets and restaurants. We also loved that the condo felt secure, there was a keypad on the door that we used to get in and out, so we didn’t have to worry about keeping track of a key. The central air also worked great! It was hot outside but the condo stayed cool! Also, reunion community has multiple pools within walking distance of the condo, so we had options. One in particular located at 7 Eagles stayed open until 11pm everyday! Overall it was a great stay, we plan to vacation there again next year!

The Villa was great, no issues whatsoever… Honestly I would rate it a 5 star villa, I don’t even want to leave a 3 star. However, if I could leave zero stars for the water park worker and his boss I would. We won’t be coming back to Reunion because of them. The crew member slamming down river tubes infront of my children and his boss being unhinged and screaming and threatening also infront of my children was probably the most unprofessional thing i’ve ever seen at a resort. Once the screaming from the manager was done, I realized why the crew member was like that. If that’s a part of that managers personal character it’s going to overflow into the members eventually. While we waited for our shuttle, that same crew member followed my family and was grilling us and saying things under his breathe that I couldn’t really make out. Everyone else was great there. I made sure I tipped every single other crew member I saw while we waited for our shuttle. We got onto the shuttle and my daughter and son said they don’t want to go back to this resort again and they miss margaritaville. This was their birthday trip, we do an orlando resort every year for their birthday. Up until that point of the trip we all were on the same page of making this our new resort for birthdays. It took 1 manager and 1 crew member to have 2 newly turned 11 year olds to say they never want to come back.

Just OK and not aligned to price paid

To summarise, our stay was OK with convenience items and appliances within the premise. Some cons are: the main shower in the master room had no hot water for the duration of our stay (there was hot water elsewhere). I raised this via email with no response at all. There was old, used soap bars left in the shower. The balcony doors need some maintenance. Very little supplies provided e.g: soap/bodywash, shampoo etc. within the bathrooms. Overall, it wasn't bad but should have been better for the price paid.

Reunion Xmas Stay 2024

Overall satisfied. Spacious/comfortable. Mattress and pillows were great. But décor outdated resembles early 2000's Westgate décor. Has unpleasant musty smell throughout. Rotten bananas/TY card left by previous renters indicating no one has entered since last rented. Pots and pans stained and worn, could be replaced. Bath towels old, worn and rough to the touch. Shower water pressure low and lukewarm. Reddish brown hair on shower walls and around toilet. Floors gritty, living room throw rug stained and dirty. Balcony very dirty. For the most part, we did enjoy our stay, but the above items were very noticeable and could not go without mentioning.

Autumn getaway

Lovely condominium in Reunion Resort. Excellent location with resort access. Rental could use some table lamps in the living room, a few more bath towels, a coffee table for the living room. Would be nice to have more lighting on the porch. These are inexpensive easy fixes. Would definitely recommend the property however. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great stay.

Fun in the sun!

Vacation

The property itself was very nice it had comfortable beds, a nice balcony and comfy living room furniture. There were some hiccups when my husband and arrived. The door was open and the key pad didn’t work. The safe didn’t work either. We had to call the emergency management number. They said they would be there by 9:15. We couldn’t leave together that night as the are didn’t work and we couldn’t lock the door. The unit was in walking distance to the water park which we enjoyed twice. The dryer needs to be looked at as it doesn’t dry clothes very well. It took us multiple times to try and get a load of clothes dry. We were there for 9 days. My husband and I went to the dollar store to buy hangers as there were very few.

Comfortable and clean condo

Condo was large and clean. Comfortable beds and couch. Water park was a quick walk down the road and was lots of fun for both kids and adults! Condo balcony was lovely for sitting outside with my morning coffee or evening book. Would stay again!

Lovely Property

We enjoy staying at Reunion when in Orlando. This was our first time renting a condo. This condo was very nice. It was just as described. We had a hiccup with our keypad, but everyone quickly worked to resolve the situation. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Perfect getaway

Perfect condo for a Orlando getaway. Close enough to enjoy attractions but tucked away enough that you don’t feel the Orlando area hustle. Great place right across from the Reunion Waterpark. Had everything you need for a great vacation. Will definitely be back!

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay at Reunion Resort! The condo and grounds are lovely; the pool with lazy River is clean and fun. It would have been great to have more timeslots and seats available on the shuttle for Disney, but we were able to get Ubers. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Walking distance to water park!

The property was very clean and the property managers were very communicative from when I booked months before to the end of our stay. The property itself had everything we needed that we couldn't bring from home. We were walking distance to both the water park (just a couple minutes) and main hotel/clubhouse (about 10 minutes). Water park is great! I highly recommend this property.

Great Stay

It's all about location when staying here!! It is centrally located where we could take a short walk to the water park and pool with the water slide. We could also walk to the fitness center or The Grande. The room was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view outside our balcony. There were a few hiccups in the beginning of the stay but it was quickly resolved with great communication and resolutions. Tam went above and beyond, even offering a discount for our next stay, which we will for sure return. THANK YOU for a wonderful family vacation! We will definitely will be back=)

Spring Break Family Vacation.

We had an amazing time, the place was great and there was plenty to do on the resort and the grandchildren loved the lazy river, the golf course and riding on the golf cart. There was plenty of space for everyone we would recommend this property.

Beautiful property

We all loved this unit. Only issue was a missed cleaning of master shower which was quickly resolved. The men played all three courses and really enjoyed them. Would definitely stay again!
