🌲 Mountain Setting
This cabin is located in a forested mountain environment that is home to a variety of wildlife and insects. While we have regular professional pest control service, guests may occasionally see common outdoor insects or small critters such as spiders, flies, ants, wasps, or mice inside or around the cabin. This is a normal part of staying in a cabin in a natural wooded setting, and no refunds will be issued due to the presence of insects or wildlife.

🐾 No Pets Policy
Pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized animals brought onto the premises will result in a $3,000 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

❄️ Winter Trailer Access
During winter months, the property can accommodate trailers up to 15 feet in length. Please note that Island Park can experience significant snowfall, and neighborhood roads may not always be plowed immediately.

If you are traveling with a trailer, we recommend parking at Valley View Gas Station (Henry’s Lake Station), located approximately 5 minutes from the cabin by snowmobile. The lot is secure, regularly plowed, and available for approximately $10 per day.

Guests who choose to bring trailers onto the property do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for access limitations, delays, or damages due to snow, weather, or road conditions.
