The 2 bedroom suite features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a large living room with gas fireplace, and a separate dining area. The Suite also includes flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, DVD, WI-FI, and full-sized washer/dryer.

The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, and a tile and marble bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom suite feature two twin beds which can be converted to a king, and a full bath. The living room also offers a queen sleeper sofa, providing a total sleeping capacity for 6 people in a two bedroom.

All rental rates include valet parking for one vehicle (additional vehicles at nightly rate), a mid week clean, a full service concierge, access to the fully equipped fitness center, sauna, steam room, heated pool and 5 hot tubs, and ski valet service in the winter. Additional guest amenities include the award-winning Exhale Spa, 8100 Mountainside bar and grille, and nightly fire pit s'mores.

The Park Hyatt is situated at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain with 1,500 acres of ski-in, ski-out terrain accessible just steps from the back door of the hotel via the Buckaroo Express Gondola. Beaver Creek lift tickets are also honored at Vail Mountain. Beaver Creek ski school and babysitting services are also available.

Just outside the Park Hyatt Residences is the Beaver Creek village with shopping, art galleries, equipment rental, restaurants, a skating rink, and live entertainment.

This is a time share unit; we can only accommodate 7 night stays that run Saturday to Saturday ONLY. We can accommodate shorter stay but they must run between a Sat. and a Sat... and longer stays greater than 7 nights may require a move change. Please ask us for more information and options.

Two nearby airports: Vail / Eagle County Airport (EGE) is located just 20 minutes from Beaver Creek, and Denver International Airport (DEN) is located 2 hours away both with easy access via I-70.
