You will fall in love with this unique mid century industrial home located on 6 miles of spring fed water. This is a brand new home loaded with amenities. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with large living, dining, and kitchen area. 500 sq foot completely furnished private dock . Once here you will never want to leave. We are located just 110 foot off of the water with gorgeous views from 36 foot of glass in the front room. The house includes kayaks and canoes, fire pit, and fully stocked kitchen. Every bedroom has its own smart tv, and I the living boasts a large 55 inch tv. But with all of the wildlife and things to see, you likely won’t have time to watch anything. We have seen otters, foxes, bob cats, deer, owls, and many of the local native birds.
