Plenty of yard to move around in outside. Bicycles are available to ride down to the local park and enjoy ducks on the water, disc golf or walking track. Enjoy rest and relaxation while you visit Jackson County.

What an amazing place! Great for large groups. Right across the street from the Caverns. Close to everything you need. Even though we didn’t need the Hosts, they were very friendly with what contact I had made with them prior. Will definitely be keeping this place on my list!

Short family trip

GREAT PLACE. We had our son, daughter in law, their 3 daughters, our grandson and 2 dogs. Plenty of space for all of us inside and outside The kids loved the game room. Directly across from the caverns. We would definitely recommend this house.

Charming and comfortable

My young boys and I visited the caverns. The home was a perfect spot for us to relax, play, and enjoy one another. We loved the huge yard! The ease and charm of Marianna was delightful.

My best friend and a few guys decided to have a small getaway to just hang out. The house was extremely clean. The check-in process was simple with no issues.

Great stay that’s close to caverns

Plenty of room and convenient next to park. We enjoyed going to the springs and ate at the Wharf. Everything was nearby with a few min drive. Wharf has such great food. It has huge portions and the loaded fried green tomatoes were the best!

Best place to stay in Marianna

Had an amazing experience staying here during our time in Marianna. Nikki and her family were so gracious to us and accommodated all of our needs. Great location right across from the Caverns. Amazing big yard and space for our toddler to run around and explore! Very pleased with our stay, would highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Marianna

We came up to Marianna to see the Florida Caverns. The house was perfect for our party of 8. Location could not be better, right across from the estate park. Property manager was very responsive and had great suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area.

Love the house and the area. The photos are accurate, and the house was clean. There is plenty of parking for large groups in the driveway and next to the shed at the end of the sidewalk. The yard is gigantic! Part of the yard is fenced and was perfect to let our pup and kids play in. The house is huge. Our party of eleven ranged from 6 months to 66 years and included a 160lb dog. There was plenty of room for comfortable gatherings and enough space for all of us to have our quiet time. Nikki is a very responsive host. We had one slight glitch; she answered our call immediately. The issue was resolved within a few minutes. If our group is back in the area, we will definitely stay at Caverns Crossing again.

Family Reunion

The Property was just as site presented it. Nice spacing, clean and so family oriented. Outside property was even better to walk and take in the fresh air. The game room was small but enough to accommodate and keep the interest of not only two kids but the adults too. Looked for bikes but none on site. Will be back when we visit Greenwood again. Thanks BS

Great home but not well stocked

This house was perfect size for our group of 10, including 4 young boys. We were there to go to the caverns and you can’t get much closer (we walked across the street to take a photo with the sign!). The big yard was great for the kids to play outside. The house could use a little TLC in places, but it was very comfortable. I wish we would have been told before arriving and finding out on our own that the house is not well stocked of consumables. There was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, only 1 trash bag, no hand soap in the bathrooms, and only 1 roll of paper towels. There was a charcoal grill but no grill utensils and a fireplace but no instructions for use. This would have been ok if we were told ahead of time. Instead we were running to the Dollar General a block away sometimes multiple times per day.

Great location but not what I had hoped for

Great location. Plenty of room. Large yard. The not so good: Dated 70s decor. No smoke detectors in thw house though it is state law to have them in every bedroom. I called the fire dept who confimed the requirement and said they would give us 2 for free. I informed Nikki. She did offer to refund our stay but there was nowhere to stay given there was an event in town. She did let us know there would be an upcoming parade and when and where there would be a road closed. 2 porch lights were out, as were 3 bulbs in ceiling fan in the master. Red ant hills in the yard and one in the driveway by the house. One toilet was not bolted down in guest bedroom. We brought clothes that needed hanging up but there were zero hangars supplied. Never could find the bikes that were advertised as available. Price was excessive given the quality.

Holiday Getaway

We needed a place to stay for thanksgiving. There was plenty of room for everyone, great yard space for the dogs, lots of parking, clean and exactly what we were expecting.

Perfect Spot for Family Gathering

Our mom, grandmother passed away and we needed a large location to host our family near our family home. This was the perfect location and Nikki was a very communicative host. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends through social media who may be visiting Marianna. We were especially excited that it was right across from the FL Caverns State Park.
