Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at the Ski & Racquet Club where you will love the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains including Peak 10! The condo is on the penthouse level with an elevator and has a free shuttle stop located just steps away from the complex! Located at the south end of Main St, it’s a quick six minute shuttle ride to the slopes or a ten minute walk to downtown -- perfect for groups looking to enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer!

The Space:
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo can accommodate up to 6 guests and has a great location for enjoying Breckenridge at any time of the year. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bedroom is a "bunk room" with two elevated twin beds above a couch that pulls out to a king bed. The second bathroom has a shower/tub and is located by the bunk room and kitchen. The family room, dining room, and kitchen flow into one another. The family room has a large flat screen TV, comfortable furniture, a queen size sleeper sofa, and access to a balcony with outdoor seating, a propane grill, and ski resort views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine refrigerator. The dining table has seating for six and there are two breakfast bar seats. There is a washer and dryer that guests can use during their stay next to the kitchen. Lastly, there is a safe available for guests to use if needed.

The amenities of the Ski & Racquet Club are some of the best in Breckenridge. Guests will be able to use the clubhouse, pool table, and outdoor tennis courts. The condo comes with one covered parking spot. There is a free bus stop at the entrance of the Ski & Racquet Club, so a car is not required.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo and the club house with a pool table. Two tennis courts are available for use during the summer months.

The Neighborhood:
This quiet neighborhood is a 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) from downtown Breckenridge and Main Street. There is a free shuttle pickup at the entrance of the condo building. The free shuttle bus takes passengers to the Gondola with other stops along the way. This location is quiet and a quick walk to Main Street and other nearby activities.

Getting Around:
The Breckenridge Free Ride Bus is the best way to get around town and there is a Brown Route bus stop at the entrance of the neighborhood and condo building. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10 minute walk away. Uber/Lyft is also available.

Other Things to Note:
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the condo is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.

There is 1 covered spot labeled "BP5" and 1 overflow spot at the end of the alley.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Interaction with Guests:
We are off site but available when needed. The best way to reach us is through the booking platform or app.

• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
