The Space:
Enjoy the quaint mountain town life at this charming 2 bedroom condo situated in Frisco. Located on the third floor of the complex, this condo offers some stunning mountain views for you to enjoy from the private balcony. The condo has shared access to a lovely clubhouse with several amenities for you to enjoy such as outdoor and indoor hot tubs, a sauna, racquetball and tennis courts, and more. Adventure and relaxation await you at this peaceful Frisco condo!

Guests will find the condo on the third floor, and while there is no elevator so guess will need to climb three flights of stairs it will be well worth it when you step inside the condo to find a space filled with natural light, high vaulted ceilings, and great mountain views. As you walk further into the home you will arrive at the open living space featuring a spacious kitchen and eating area connected to the living room. The lovely fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up your delicious creations. With beautiful white countertops, an oversized sink, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island, this will be the chef in your group’s favorite place to hang out. Take your meals or snacks straight from the kitchen counter over to the kitchen island where you will find four barstools. This space is large enough for a family-style meal or working away on a puzzle.

Connected to the kitchen is the living room, a bright space with lovely artwork and great views out of the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. In the living room, you will find a comfortable leather couch with an ottoman, two reading chairs, a coffee table, and two side tables, all situated around the lovely gas fireplace. Warm up by the fire in this relaxing space, enjoy a movie night from the mounted TV in the room, or head out to the balcony for some fresh mountain air. On the private balcony, you will find two patio chairs and a propane bbq. The balcony looks over a tranquil setting with snow-capped mountains and trees all around.

When you are ready to settle in for the night head back down the hallway where you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom is located to the right just after you enter the front door and features a comfortable queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a window looking out to the alpine trees. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the condo's bathroom where you will find a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space and a shower/tub with a sliding glass door. The second bedroom is located up a short set of stairs and is a loft-style space featuring two twin XL-size beds with a dresser and additional shelving for extra storage space.

In addition, a short walk across the parking lot will take you to the clubhouse which guests have access to. The clubhouse is full of amazing amenities that include 4 hot tubs, 3 outdoor and 1 indoor, an indoor pool, a steam room, a dry sauna, a locker room, tennis and racquetball courts, a workspace with a cozy fireplace, and a laundry area with washers and dryers that take card and coins.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo, outdoor balcony, and one designated covered parking spot. There is additional parking in an uncovered parking lot guests are able to use if needed.

In addition, guests will have access to the lovely clubhouse located a short walk across the parking lot on the ground floor with amenities that include 4 hot tubs, 3 outdoor and 1 indoor, an indoor pool, steam room, dry sauna, locker room, tennis and racquetball courts, and a laundry area with washers and dryers that take card and coins.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in the charming town of Frisco and is the perfect location for a relaxing mountain escape to get away from the hustle and bustle. Located just off of I-70, Frisco's location puts you close to the top ski resorts of the area all while enjoying quaint mountain town life. With many top attractions within walking distance, you can enjoy walking around this easy-to-navigate town that is the perfect home base for year-round fun. Take a stroll over to the bustling Main Street lined with shops and unique restaurants, have a family day of fun at the Frisco Adventure park, or explore one of the many parks or trailheads in the area. This condo is less than five minutes away from several hiking and biking trails such as North Tenmile Creekhead, Miners Creek, and Rainbow Lake trailhead. Or enjoy a day at the Frisco Bay Marina or Old Dillion Reservoir, both within a 10-minute drive from the condo. Whatever the outdoor adventure, skiing or sledding in the winter, hiking or biking in the summer, Frisco is a wonderful gateway to base yourself at for a memorable mountain vacation!

Getting Around:
Frisco is located just off I-70 making it easy to stay connected to the surrounding Breckenridge area during your stay. Served by the Summit Stage bus service, a FREE bus service, you can easily stay connected to Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone, Silverthorne, and other surrounding areas with ease. Just a 10-minute walk from the condo will take you to the Granite St. bus stop connecting you with the Summit Stage bus making it easy to reach four, world-class ski resorts in Summit County with no parking hassle.

If you will have a rental car you can easily reach the slopes on your own with Keystone Ski Resort and Breckenridge Ski resort within a 25-minute drive from your front door! This condo's great location makes it easy to walk to many of Frisco's main attractions, eateries and shops, and abundant outdoor recreation. Frisco's bustling Main Street is less than a 15-minute walk away, or with just a quick 10-minute walk you can be out exploring the hiking trails at Rainbow Lake Trailhead. Other top attractions in the area are within a 10-minute drive from the condo such as Frisco Bay Marina or Old Dillion Reservoir. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

Please note, this home is on the third floor of the building. There is no elevator, therefore guests will need to climb three flights of stairs to reach the condo. Individuals with health issues may want to consider other accommodation options, however, most people that are moderately fit will have no problem.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Toilet didn't work for the duration of our stay.
This condo could be an OK place to stay except for the inept company managing it. The only toilet was broken for the entire three days we were there. We were told they were unable to find an "emergency" plumber to come fix it. I call BS on this -- first, there are TONS of emergency plumbers in the Summit County area... that's why they are called "emergency plumbers" -- they work after hours and on weekends! Second, what kind of property management company doesn't have an on-call maintenance person? Holiday weekends are HUGE in ski areas. This is peak time for maintenance calls! From their website, it looks like a bunch of tech bros trying to run a virtual property management company. I had to email for check in instructions the day we arrived, and to be honest I wasn't entirely sure I was speaking to someone locally when I called about the toilet. (Though the condescension was on brand.) So anyway, aside from having to locate a pitcher and dump water in the toilet 10x a day, the condo is just alright. The beds weren't comfortable at all and the sofa is hard as a rock. It is also on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to be winded! The best part of the unit is the clubhouse -- we all loved the hot tubs, indoor poor, and sauna. I hope the owners stop paying these dudes an arm and a leg and find a company who can effectively address the most basic of needs - a working toilet.

Great location to all the big mtns and great après-ski amenities like hot tubs, indoor pool, and close to town. Only issue was that we had a hard time controlling the heat but other than that very pleased with our stay
