Situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa is a Gated 24/7 5-Star Resort that offers the peace and quiet of a mountain resort get-a-way while placing you minutes away from local activities, shows, and attractions. Concierges are available to assist with the purchase of local attraction tickets in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge at discounted prices.

ACCOMMODATIONS: This luxurious and spacious One Bedroom, Two Bathroom Deluxe Villa at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort are great for families looking to experience a fantastic vacation. This villa sleeps 4 and features 1 king bed in the master bedroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and private bath, second bathroom with walk-in shower and private bath, one queen sleeper sofa in the separate living area, a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker, pots and pans and utensils, a separate dining area with fireplace, washer/dryer, cable TV with DVD player and a furnished balcony or patio. All linens provided. Barbecue grill is also available.

Onsite you will find plenty of activities for the kids including 60,000 sq. ft. indoor waterpark, 2 outdoor heated pools, a playground, picnic areas, game room and miniature golf.

At Serenity Spa, pamper yourself with a massage, facial treatment or wax service. Enjoy some time with Aerobics classes or at the Health Club or enjoy the afternoon in the gift shop.

Westgate's indoor waterpark includes 4 daily waterpark passes ARE COMPLIMENTARY with the rental (Single-Day Admission $35.00 + tax per person per day and valued at $1,120 for the week). This mountain-themed world-class family indoor water park features a state-of-the-art retractable roof, taking Mother Nature out of the equation! Guests can enjoy comfortable conditions year round. At more than 60,000 square feet, this is the largest indoor water park resort in the south and the fifth largest in the country. 300,000 gallons of water flow through the park daily.

It features a lazy river, water slides, hot tubs and an amazing tree house play feature that dumps gallons of water periodically and more. A snack bar is located upstairs inside the waterpark and seating available on the balcony overlooking the waterpark.

There are daily activities for kids of all ages for you to register prior to participating. Some activities have a nominal fee. Planned activities may be changed or canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

The resort is located on the trolley line allowing you to travel to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Dolly Wood for a minimal charge. No need to find a parking space or pay parking fees. Reservation INCLUDES ALL taxes, resort fees and 4 complimentary water park daily passes for the entire week.

This is a pet-friendly Resort. There is a limit of 2 dogs (per until) with a combined weight limit of 60 lb max. There are also breed limitations. No aggressive breeds are allowed. Pet fees are $200 deposit at check-in with $100 refundable deposit at check-out if there is no damage to the unit. Pet fees are payable directly to the resort and are not included in the rental.

Construction update: If there is construction taking place expect some noise between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
