A beautiful house with an abundance of comfort and amenities! I stayed here with my spouse and my two small children for about a week during a military cross country move. The House had everything we needed and more, to be our home away from home. Steve, the host was accommodating, and communicative. We were too busy packing up our things to spend much time, relaxing on my porch or down at the beach, but we hope to be able to return in the future.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at this clean, comfortable beach house. Very relaxing and a quick walk to a quiet beach. We loved all the extras included that we didn't have to worry about bringing (e.g. bikes, chairs, beach wagon). Definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous time staying at this location. The home was beautiful and located about 7 minutes walk from the beach. The home offered all the conveniences a family would want and was located in a nice neighborhood. I will follow up with the owner Steve to book again for next summer!!’

Fabulous accommodation!

Very clean and cute beach house! Wonderful central location where you can easily enjoy Plymouth and the Cape. The "walk to" beach is very private and serene. We visited 4 different beaches in our week long stay. Great local restaurants also. Highly recommend especially if you like the history of the area.

This is a cozy house within great walking distance to the beach and downtown Plymouth, Massachusetts. No great views from the house, with reasonable in and out access.

Fun stay in Plymouth

Cute cottage equipped with whatever we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and we got good exercise on the stairs down and up! There's lots to do in and around Plymouth, even on days that aren't beach days. We took walks in some very nice nature preserves and enjoyed visiting historical sites.

Perfect Location

Travel nurse staying here for duration of assignment. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Private beach less than 5 minute walk. 20 minute drive to just about everything. Beautiful area to visit. Host was available when needed. Wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

Warm breezes and Sandy beach

Great spot with short walk to the beach and short drive to plymouth and the Cape. Appreciated the owners consideration for the items provided for us if needed. Very thoughtful and considerate owner. We didn’t need any but grateful for their consideration. We will recommend this home to our friends and other family members.our

Spectacular!

I was lucky enough to stay at Steve’s home for a month Sept - early Oct. I live out of state but my family is mostly on the South Shore so was able to spend quality time with them, on the amazing beach & work from Manomet as well. The house was great - clean, beach down the street, front porch is amazing!! everything about staying at Steve’s place was great - communication, attention to a broken washing machine (he bought a new one!), and outreach to let me know of the trips he was making to mow the lawn. I am looking forward to coming back next year and staying at Steve’s place!

Great location and good house

Place was exactly what we needed. Two bedrooms upstairs was all we used. Downstairs was a staging area. House was quiet and great outdoor shower. Clean and had all we needed. Two small complaints, the grill brush is old and the wires come off - suggest replacing lest someone gets metal in food and fans on amazing porch were rusty, such that one cord fell right off. These were minor issues. Overall definitely recommend the house. Beach is close and pretty good for adults and kids. Nice folks in neighborhhod as well

Great Location! Quiet Neighborhood!

We had a great time at this home in Plymouth. Our kids were excited to each have their own rooms. Lots of amenities were included in the kitchen and for the beach…only a short walk away. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It was in a great location for day trips to Newport, Boston and Provincetown.

Home away from home

We spent a wonderful week at this beach house. Steve was a perfect communicator answering all my questions within a short time previous to our stay. The house had everything you would need and has the perfect setup for spending quality time with the family. The tremendous porch invites for a relaxed breakfast, board games, and long dinners. The neighborhood is simply fantastic, everyone is so friendly and the kids loved to explore all the streets with their bikes. The beach is a dream, crystal clear water, soft sand, and a gradual slope which was ideal with smaller kids. We enjoyed morning walks with the dog (lots of doggie playdates), swimming, sun bathing, and nice walks after dinner. Thank you Steve for sharing this beautiful gem with us, we will be back!

Great beach vacation

Our family of four plus grandma had a great time. The location was great, easy access to the beach (make sure to read instructions to avoid the stairs). The porch was amazing and we spent every night playing board games, some graciously provided by our host. House was super comfortable and perfect for 2 young kids, parents and grandparents. Our host was great with providing updates and was very responsive when the grill needed a new gas tank A great place to make great memories

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Manomet Beach house. It is very spacious and brightly lit all over. We loved the second floor and the sky lights. The private beach is close by and we enjoyed going there with our dog. The drive into town is a bit long, but there's so much to do once you get down there. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Thank you for everything!

Beach house fun

This is a lovely home nettled into a cozy neighborhood. We had a great time! Quick walk to the beach which had easy access. The beach was beautiful and never full. The house was super nice and clean. We hope to be back in the future!
