Cette maison de 3 chambres, récemment rénovée, est un GEM !!! Situé à seulement 90 mètres de la belle plage privée Manomet dans un quartier calme. Seulement un court trajet en voiture de Cape Cod et 15 minutes de Plymouth Rock historique. Pas besoin de combattre la folle circulation de Cape Cod - réveillez-vous avec de magnifiques levers de soleil et détendez-vous sur la plage sans jamais monter dans votre voiture! Que vous soyez intéressé à dîner au restaurant, visiter les musées locaux, marcher sur le canal de Cape Cod ou tout simplement se prélasser sur la plage, alors c'est l'endroit pour vous. Le grand porche arrière privé est idéal pour griller et se détendre après une bonne journée à la plage.

The house was super close to a private beach. We were a little weary of the beach before going because it ha hard to tell what you are going to get from online pictures. We could have been happier with the location and the beach itself.

Lauren and her husband were wonderful. Very responsive and take pride in their property. One of the cleanest homes we've ever rented! Beach is nice and quiet - perfect for relaxing. Family had a great time :).

Great location - new deck at the front of the house is perfect location for coffee in the AM and drinks at sunset. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors very friendly! We had a great time.

Lovely spot with

We thoroughly enjoyed our beach getaway. The house was clean upon arrival and well-appointed with all the stuff we needed. My 6 year old daughter couldn't get enough of the beach! We had a short but fantastic getaway. Lauren was a great host and we appreciated the warm welcome. Note to others: there is a long staircase to access the beach and would be a problem for guests with mobility issues.

Week of Family fun at the Beach

We vacationed with our 5 y/o daughter and two dogs. Manomet Beach is absolutely beautiful & dog friendly:) Lauren, the owner could not have been more lovely or accommodating! She made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great Little Cottage

We had a great time at the cottage and was just what we were looking for. We (4 adults, 3 kids, 1 dog) were in town to see family and it was a perfect location. The beach was fantastic and a short walk from the house. The amenities were great (washer and dryer, specifically) and helped make the trip a great vacation. We'll be back when needed and would recommend for anyone looking to stay at a straightforward beach cottage.

Great Cottage, Great Beach Experience

Exactly as advertised, you walk in to a cool, welcoming, and spotless home. This is our first time renting this home, so we brought a lot of our own things that we never needed. The house is full of nice touches, including a wonderful welcome basket. We feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay here, the owners are wonderful. Great stay, would do it again.

Lovely getaway

My husband, pup and I had a lovely stay at Lauren and Jon’s beach home. It’s in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood within walking distance to a private, dog friendly beach. The house is immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was perfect for the pup and the backyard was nice and private. We were lucky enough to meet Lauren as we were leaving. She is a lovely, caring lady who takes great pride in the house and making sure her guests are comfortable and happy. She left us a welcome basket including a Congratulations card and balloon on my retirement. So thoughtful and appreciated. We hope to go back and stay another time.

Cozy, comfortable and quiet. Couple of minutes walk to the beach. We loved it!

The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Spacious family room was nice and the huge bath tub with TV was an added bonus. Large front and rear decks plus the outdoor shower was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and the fenced in yard kept our pup safe. The walk to the beach is 2-3 minutes and the stairs leading down allows for beautiful coastal views. My family of five enjoyed our week and we will be back. Lauren was a great and very attentive host. Highly recommend!

First family vacation in Massachusetts

The pictures were remarkably accurate and represented the property very well. We recognized it immediately from the red and blue chairs and yellow door! The inside was small but very nicely laid out and did not feel cramped. The two bedrooms as you come into the house where as expected and very comfortable. My younger one loved the beach bungalow! It was the perfect size for him. The family room was quite sizeable and very comfortable. The kitchen was petite but it had everything we needed.

House was very nice and clean. Plenty of room. Bathroom was great with huge soaking tub with TV. I was disappointed that the Jacuzzi was not working though. Also the beds were really uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the sofas.

Pleasant stay near the beach

Had a nice two weeks here. An easy walk to the beach, enjoyed Plymouth very much. Hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Only improvement we'd make is that the amenities are a little sparse. A hair dryer was listed as being available but we never found one. More coffee mugs/cups would be a good thing too. A coffee table in the living room would have been good to have too. The place has everything you could likely need and we also made it work for us. We'd certainly stay here again, the beach and area were great and the house was too.

I did not know it was missing & just ordered a new one to have delivered to the house (same with coffee mugs). Great place!

We had a great time at the beach! Highly recommended for a family. Cozy and within walking distance to the beach, both through a path with no steps and one with 100 stairs. I preferred the later, and so did my dog, but my wife like the path better. A small improvement, but certainly not one that would impact the rating, is that there could have been more tablets for washing dishes and more toilet paper. I bought both when I went grocery shopping, no big deal, however for a family of 4 having more than 2 of each would have been good. It was a great vacation!

A slice of heaven

You never know what you are going to get AND we got exactly what was advertised and more. Easy to get to and then easy to relax. House is very cute and could have easily fit more than the two of us. The beach was wonderful. The stairs to the beach were a challenge but the option of walking just two more minutes to avoid the stairs was a piece of cake. We had two very small issues that were taken care of right away. Lauren and Jon were just as nice as could be. Very attentive before during and after our stay. I hope we have the opportunity to stay there again...maybe two weeks next time? Most thankful and relax, Michelle, Kevin and Gilly
