Fully Furnished Seneca Lake Lakefront Rental

Serenity on Seneca, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region on the east side of Seneca Lake. This property is located on 1.5 acres and has 180 feet of private lake frontage. The house is located across the road from the lake,but the entire property is private for the renters. There are approximately 11 stairs to walk down to the lake area. Whether you are looking to visit the world renowned wineries in the heart of wine country or enjoy the beautiful lake, this is the perfect escape. Just minutes away from Geneva. Owners live local and are happy to share any recommendations on local things to do, places to eat, for you to fall in love with the Finger Lakes area.

The house:
• 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom with two twin beds). All linens are provided. Closets in each bedroom.
• 1.5 Bathrooms. Half bathroom attached to master bedroom with queen bed. Laundry is also located in this bathroom.
• Large living room with decorative fireplace, wine barrel high top bar overlooking the view of the lake, tv, mini fridge, pull out couch for sleeping as well (2 adults can fit- goose/down pillows) and large oversized chair. This living room has an entry to the back-porch area with a sitting area and peaceful views to the backyard.
• Dining room is surrounded with windows with views of the lake.
• Sitting room has a leather loveseat and large living room chair and TV.
• Fully stocked kitchen Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and stove. There is a Keurig and coffee maker.
• Wifi provided/ rokus for all televisions in the home

Outside:
• Back porch has seating and small table with peaceful views
• Picnic table located in back yard and one at the lake
• Basketball hoop
• Two kayaks/ paddleboat
• Firepit area at the lake (firewood not provided) you can ask the host to get this ahead of time for you so it is there upon your arrival for $8 a bundle
• Floats/rafts for the lake
• Life Jackets
• Chairs for lake seating and table area
• Seasonal dock in from June 1-Sept 15

Seneca lake is an organic lake, the base of the lake is rock based and does have seaweed seasonally.

Sublime Experience

We had such an epic time here!! The house is so charming with beautiful lake views, a sunroom for dining, wonderful gathering areas, and cozy bedrooms. The host was so communicative and helpful! They truly thought of everything including water floaties, lawn games, board games, grill, cooking, dining utensils and so much. We LOVED dining and playing games in the sunroom, s’mores on the fire, a frisbee on the lawn. We had such an epic time and highly recommend booking this gorgeous home. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

Lakeside living

We only wish we could have stayed longer. The house was spacious and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. Loved waking up to a great view of the lake. Communication with the host was very prompt, pleasant, and helpful. Also loved the location. Short drive to Geneva and Waterloo where we had several great meals. And not far from waterfalls and hiking to the south. Passed several great looking wineries would have loved to visit as well.

Great location, house is beautiful and we had plenty of room. There are 2 livings rooms- one is a little secluded so u didn’t wake anyone that wanted to sleep in. Love sitting on the couch and being able to see the water.I would recommend this house to anyone. Amanda was very responsive and very easy to connect with.

Clean, Cute, Stocked, Beautiful Views, Fun Times!

This property was adorable, well-kept and clean, filled with items needed like towels, linens, dishware, etc., offered beautiful views, and an opportunity to have tons of fun. The sunroom was perfect for game night, the bedrooms were comfy, and we even had nice enough weather to play some KanJam on the back lawn. Amanda was always responsive and even checked in ahead of time. As a coffee snob, I loved having the option for drip or Keurig coffee, because I wouldn't have made it otherwise. The location was rural and beautiful, but close enough to places that were able to get delivery. We sat by the lake and watched the sunset. We definitely would love to rent again and try it out in the summertime!

We had a wonderful stay and were very appreciative of the check in and communication with the host. The large room and the enclosed porch were very nice and comfortable. Lovely relaxing setting

We had a lovely time. The house is well equipped and the view is fabulous. I did find it unusual that guests were supposed to not only load the dishwasher but wait and put the dishes away. But that was a minor thing.

Perfect family vacation

Everything was amazing from booking to check-out. The hosts were super responsive and addressed any issues timely. The house is so much more spacious than it appears in the photos and the location was absolutely perfect with proximity to many wineries, breweries, Geneva 10 mins, Watkins Glen 40 mins, and not to mention the lake/rocky beach area right across the street with easily accessible stairs. The shed with floats, kayaks, and fire pit were all great amenities down by the water. Couldn’t beat the view of the sunsets either! We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future!
