Modern and industrial new spacious 2 floors Loft apartment, double height window with city view, Located in one of the most secure and accessible areas in The city of Santo Domingo. 20 mins from the airport , 5 to 10 mins from most great restaurants and night attractions, as la fabrica,la Gloria and Central Gastronomica, the theater Teatro Nacional, Bellas Artes and Centro Olimpico ,best hospitals and universities.
The space
Industrial look giving a cosy stay, enjoy a double height window with view towards the city. Winds spread the soft cheers, inviting you to enjoy an open kitchen and spacious living room with a tv. You count with a laundry room and a powder room. An open staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find a workspace and a very comfortable king-size bed, Dressed up with pillows, cotton sheets and duvet, full private bathroom.
Other things to note
It’s a quiet place, you will enjoy every detail thought for your needs doing your stay. If you are interested in using the jacuzzi or enjoy the view on the common area be pleased to ask for a reservation for it to be ready for your entertainment in level AS.

This was a very nice place to spend time away in Santo Domingo! The property management personnel was VERY helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again! It is a beautiful place

Nice comfortable loft

Comfortable stylish loft. Understand/speak spanish is helpful but not necessary. You may have to use a translation app. The building is secured. One and a half bathrooms is a plus.

I never stayed there when I was trying to get information on this rental the property owner was very disrespectful and I need to follow instructions that I never got in the first place. I got so frustrated that he wouldn’t even give me the code to enter. I demanded a full refund and he agreed. Extremely frustrating experience

Great first impression of the property, overall still a decent experience, but many problems
. (Reported to property manager but not resolved) Neither of the 2 TV’s worked due to physical damage, booked for the hot tub, which appears to be private and listed as private. Unfortunately was for entire building, so we reserved as instructed, the on site security guard then told us was not working so the door was locked to get to it. Unit was well done, appears to be clean, but we did catch a large cockroach as well.

Nightmare property! Avoid! Avoid! Part 1

I really don’t take the time to speak bad on rentals I use because there are always good even if they are not perfect. This is place took the cake in a very negative manner. Let me begin by saying I was super excited to come to the Dominican Republic since I have not been for a whole year or more. I’m visiting to run a few errands, but also to relax in an actual vacation, instead I found the nightmare rental. Although the place is beautiful on the surface, it’s not worth the troubles you encounter when you get in. To say the least, let’s begin! The place claims to look and be modern with a very emphasized industrial feel, but of the automatic blinds don’t work so I can’t look outside in places if like you have the windows open. In my last two days I find out there is a separate remote for the specific window that I was not able to use the entire stay. My very first issue was getting in a very hot apartment, which is fine as im in the Caribbean. The AC in the bedroom gave me the hardest time getting it to work and I’m the DR is here! Over 2 hours to cool off. They finally got a technician AT NIGHT who just came to verify it was working because by the time they sent him, it was cool. I entered the apartment early afternoon. The technician sent could not fix the tv in the bedroom. I called Vrbo regarding the AC only and I was told to give the host a chance to fix the issue.

Good views

The property is a short drive to many of the places in Santo Domingo that you would want to see such as the Colonial Zone and the Botanical Garden to name a few. The apartment offers wonderful views of the city and is in a secure gated building that requires a special proximity key to operate the elevator. Highly recommend!
