This stunning main level apartment recently fully updated for your comfort and enjoyment. `The Park` is a two-bedroom suite with queen beds throughout, a sleeper sofa and a side chair that converts to a futon. We’ve curated thoughtful amenities to welcome families, groups, seasoned travelers, outdoorspeople or the perfect couple’s getaway. Private and street parking available. Just minutes from Belle Isle, local pubs, boutiques and restaurant districts. Also 10 minutes from downtown Detroit.

This space is unique, clean, freshly updated and decorated in a modern style. Ideal for couples, friends, small families, leisurely stays and business travelers. This apartment has large windows and a private entrance with keyless self-check in for total privacy. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for short or longer stay. There are shared community areas in the basement, a lounge, game room and laundry center, as well as a backyard patio complete with fire pit and plenty of seating. Grab the smores and enjoy!

Nice property in a good neighborhood. Stayed here for the weekend when we attended concerts in downtown Detroit. It was perfect to Uber downtown so we didn't have to worry about parking and traffic. Perfect for what our family needed. The place was exactly as described.

Working with the property manager, Lincoln, was very positive. If I had a question and emailed him, I always received a same day response. The apartment is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It had snowed prior to our arrival. The driveway was shoveled which was appreciated as we brought our luggage in. We arrived in the evening. The lights were on and the place was warm and comfortable. Our visit took place in January! Boy, we were so grateful to arrive to a pleasant and welcoming place.

I really enjoyed my stay. Lionel was very helpful and communication was excellent. The property was well kept, clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms were nice and the beds provided a nice night's sleep. I will avail myself of this property when I return to Detroit. Highly recommended! 5 's!!!

Fantastic property

My friends and I stayed here after attending a concert downtown. The location was perfect and the property exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and inviting, I only wish that we would have more time to spend here. I highly recommend this rental, I couldn’t have imagined anything better!

The park (lower unit)

My girlfriend and I stayed downstairs, and couldn't believe how large of a space we really had. It was very easy to get in and out with the code given, and one of the cleanest places I have stayed in. Lionel had everything set up for us and was easy to reach if we needed something. Great place with a 15 minute Uber to downtown Ford Field area.

Terrible Experience - DO NOT RENT

I have been using VRBO for 20 years and this is the worst experience I've ever had. The owner canceled 2 hours before checkin and we were left with nowhere to stay for an important event. This was after trying in vain for several days to contact him regarding checkin information. I finally got through to VRBO and they informed me that the host was unresponsive and my reservation had been canceled. We had paid in full and were very upset. I will never, ever rent from this property owner again!

This was an unfortunate experience for you, we acknowledge that. Your issue however was caused by an error in VRBO's system not by us as hosts. Their system allowed for a double-booking and they also cancelled your reservation with no penalty to me. Please inquire and get the all the information before assigning blame to a host that is using an online platform that has it flaws. Verify before you speak.

Very Pleasant Stay

Really enjoyed this nicely appointed property in Detroit. Property was clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. In a safe, quiet neighborhood not far from town. Even has onsite parking. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city!

Super clean, great location

My cousin and I spent the night here for a place to crash after the Strokes/RHCP show. Sadly, we basically just slept woke up and left. I say sadly because the space was very nice, cozy furniture, big TV, very clean kitchen and bathroom and a great bonfire spot in the backyard. Safe area and like a 12 minute Lyft to Comerica and good communication from the owner. Highly recommended!

Nicely rehabbed, cute and clean!

Would definitely stay here again. Home was very clean and fresh. Seems a very recent rehab. Linens and towels were all new and of high quality, and most amenities were provided. Upper and lower units are separated and have private entrances. We were concerned about the area, but found this house is along a nicer part of the road, among other well cared for homes and very close to Grosse Pointe Park shopping and restaurants.

This is our second time staying at the house and again was one of the cleanest we have stayed it and the host goes above to make sure everything is ok with this house, would recommend this house to anyone.
