From the moment you walk through the door, you will realize you have entered the most private home with the most breathtaking views in Lake Havasu. Whether you're enjoying the kitchen or the yard we hope you will enjoy this home as much as we do.
Our home boast three large bedrooms; The master which has a king size bed, 50" tv, door to the hot tub/yard, huge luxurious master bath with double sinks, separate jetted tub and walk in shower along with an oversized walk in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to backyard patio, 42" tv, walk in closet and on suite with walk in shower. The third bedroom has two full size beds, closet and a tub/shower combo bathroom just outside the room. All bedroom lamps are equipped with USB plug ins. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay. Our dining room table seats six people with four bar stools at the island or there is table/chairs outside as well. We also have a propane BBQ and a Traeger for all your grilling needs. We have WiFi and Direct TV throughout the home. During the cooler months we have a propane fireplace to enjoy! Our laundry room has front loader Samsung washer and dryer if needed during your stay. There is no access to garage but driveway is plenty suitable for truck/boat parking. We have the perfect pool to wade and enjoy a drink, no heating needed in the summer and hot tub for the cooler months, pool towels supplied!
We are one block away from the new Rivera boat launch, three minutes away from body beach/jet ski park and 10 minutes/4.9 miles from the Lake Havasu Marina.
