This charming 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home is nestled in the heart of Huntersville and will feel like your home away from home. Experience the city like a true local with a quick walk to Lake Norman, Birkdale Village, and the many other shops and cafes surrounding this gem. Explore all that Charlotte has to offer in less than a 20-minute drive. This charming home is perfect for a family getaway, a friend's weekend, or any special occasion. Anything is possible!
The space
You would have full access to all 1,210 square feet of this home which includes a spacious master and ensuite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed and air mattress in the third room. The home has a spacious backyard which would be great for hosting or accommodating guests. Amenities include; stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a washer and dryer.
Guest access
Feel like a true local in the Heart of Huntersville with walking distance to shops, cafes, and the lake. Also, just steps from the front door you have access to places like Harris Teeters, Starbucks, and many restaurants. There are many things to do and parks to explore.
Other things to note
Here's some things to keep in mind!

-Absolutely no parties in the home. In an effort to be mindful to our neighbors and to continue providing this location for future guests, we are not able to accommodate parties.

-Quiet time is from 10PM to 8AM. This includes loud music or any excessive noise.

-Please do not wear shoes inside. The downstairs floors are wood and may easily become soiled. A shoe rack is available at the entrance of the home for your convenience.

-Trash goes out every Sunday evening for pick up on Monday morning. If you happen to be staying during this time, please ensure that the trash is in the front of the home so that the next guests can also have space for trash.

-Before checking out, please load the dishwasher, take out the trash, and place all bedding and soiled towels in the washing machine/area. Excessive mess, furniture moved around, or any broken items will result in an additional $100 fine.

Stayed here to be close to family for Thanksgiving weekend. Home was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Great walks in the neighborhood each morning. We had a small issue with bedding that the host quickly worked with us to remedy.

Stay in Huntersville

The property was extremely clean and the check in procedure was very smooth. The house was conveniently located close to stores, Birkdale college and to the highway. The host responded immediately to any questions.

Danyel was great, very responsive but the property hardly had any use for us besides sleeping. Few towels, only one in kitchen, no TV (REALLY) no soap in showers, no ambiance at all!

My family drove down from Ohio to attend a graduation for my grandson. The property was comfortable and clean. The property manager was easy to work with especially when I needed to change my dates. Highly recommend

Clean and convenient

The property is as clean as advertised. We had a very comfortable stay. The Harris Teeter supermarket is a short walk away and the property is very convenient to restaurants in all price ranges. Danyel was quick to respond to questions.

Everything was great, except...

I really wish I could have given this property 5/5. Danyel was a great host with prompt, attentive communication. The property was very tidy, the neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants. Two of the three rooms were equipped with comfortable beds, however, the third bedroom (with the double bunk bed) had very thin foam mattresses that could not be slept on. There was a fold-flat futon in the living room that would be "ok" for a child, but not great for an adult. Unfortunately, the blow-up air mattress provided had a hole in it. We purchased inflatable beds, which was not ideal, but certainly better than the floor. I think a couple mattress upgrades, would be an easy way to remedy the problem. Sadly, I would not be able to recommend this property for more than 2 adults (or 4 people who could share the two beds.) Other than that it was fine.

Home was very clean, neighborhood was really quiet. Master bed was extremely comfortable.

Booking for very simple. The owner responded back very quickly to any questions I had. He let us check in early & check out late.
