This home has been freshly painted with lively colors and offers a large eat in kitchen, grill, outdoor table, and fire pit overlooking Lake Ontario. Relax while watching the lake, the boats, kayaks, the wildlife (ducks, geese, swans) go by as you plan your adventures in this beautiful corner of New York State.

Awesome View!

We had such a good few days here. Waking up to the gorgeous views snd going to bed with all the stars!! It was cold and windy so we couldn't take full advantage of the patio but we hope to return in warmer weather.

Fantastic property

This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year.

The lakefront makes this property. Clean and has everything you need. House needs a little updating. Not much in to do in area. Overall was a chance to be with family.

Lakefront Perfection

The cottage was wonderful. Spotless and as advertised and more. Nice patio right on the lake. With great views. Spotless clean. Well equipped. Owners were around, friendly, not intrusive. Formal locals, we were wanting to be close to family in Point Breeze and this cottage delivered. Good parking, sunny location, and close to local restaurants. Next time in town, we’d do it again. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Lake Ontario getaway

Great place to view the Lake and relax after business trips to Rochester. Cottage was large enough for work and play at the same time, so everyone was happy. Well stocked, everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Comfortable beds and furniture, space to spread out so everyone could relax. We looked at many properties in this area before setting on this cottage, we definitely made the right decision!

This is located next door to our own house on the lake. My wife and I love to travel and are aware that guests require safety, comfort, and privacy. Although we are close, we respect guest privacy and will not intrude, however we are available for information (happy to share) or to assist in the event of any problems.
