Our 2 Bedroom Sunshine Lake house in Point Breeze stay was excellent! Views were stunning! House was exceptionally clean. Listing very accurate. Sunshine Home and kitchen area well stocked with many extras, all furniture and master bedroom mattress very comfortable, we did not need to use other bedroom. Bathrooms were recently updated, everything was in working order. Sunshine house book available for guests with clearly written instructions for home, owners name & contact info, check in/check out information, recommended places of interest nearby, grocery stores & restaurants clearly written with everything you need to know . Our favorite place was on the back patio facing the lake experiencing fabulous sunrises and sunsets, the soothing sounds of the lake: the waves hitting the shoreline, seagulls, ducks, & beautiful swans flapping their wings across the lake. The owners have put a lot of thought and love into this home for all who enter to have a memorable experience. Would absolutely rent this lovely home again! Thank you Judd & Laurie!

We had a great stay. The cottage has everything you might need, plenty of space and a perfect location. The upstairs deck makes it hard to get out of bed with a perfect view of the lake by day and stars by night.

This is located next door to our own house on the lake. My wife and I love to travel and are aware that guests require safety, comfort, and privacy. Although we are close, we respect guest privacy and will not intrude, however we are available for information (happy to share) or to assist in the event of any problems.
