The Lakeview Too is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage located on Point Breeze on Lake Ontario just 1 hour and 20 minutes from Niagara Falls and 45 minutes from Rochester. The cottage is steps away from Oak Orchard Lighthouse and restaurants and Marinas and and a short drive to local wineries, produce stands Amish crafts, and other area attractions.There are 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom has a full size bed and an en suite bathroom/shower, the other has 2 twin beds. All linens are included. This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020, has a fully equipped kitchen, lake views, a picnic area for grilling, WiFi, and cable television. There is off street parking available for 1 vehicle (or 1 + boat or 2 in a row) in the driveway next to the unit.

Cottage Life on the Lake

Had a very relaxing week here. Was able to walk to great food and watch amazing sunsets! Slept great and kitchen and linens were well stocked.

What a great 3 weeks we had at CleanSweep 3! The cottage was awsome, well equiped and very comfortable! Judd was a super host and did a complete and thorough job of making our stay wonderful. We would/will highly recommend this place to everyone.

Need clothing storage

very disappointed that there are no closets and what drawer space there is, is filled with linens. Do not like living out of suitcases and there was no other choice. Also the furniture is very uncomfortable. Have stayed multiple other times and never had this issue.

Hi Linda - I am sorry that we did not provide the closet space you expected. Yes we do provide drawers and yes there are linens in the drawers, which , if requested, we would have bee happy to remove. Perhaps you've stayed in my other units with more closet space in the past, this one was renovated 5 years ago and has not changed since then. I will follow up on your comment regarding the furniture and see if we should replace. I wish you would have let us know during your stay of any issues and we would have done our best to improve your stay.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

The cottage worked out perfectly for our family of four. Fresh and clean with a great view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and the close restaurant that we walked to several times was a plus. The property was at a convenient location for us as we made trips to Niagra Falls and Rochester.

Welcoming & Cheery Cottage

Cottage was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Appreciated that we could bring our dog 'Walter' who enjoyed his walks by the lake. Lovely little touches made the cottage very homey. Check in was easy, no issues. We wish we had made arrangements to stay longer!

relax & chill

This place was the perfect home for a weekend of brother reunion. It was comfortable, clean, & maintained very well. We were able to cook a great steak dinner for ourselves, for the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. It was in walking distance to the Black North Inn restaurant/bar. Super good menu. It was also close to Roadies restaurant, which has the perfect WNY style pizza. (I grew up in the area, so I know). The bathrooms were up to date with plenty of hot water. The home has a super good view of the lake too. I would definitely hit Judd up again.

Great place

This is our second time here. Judd Sunshine is always so helpful and the Cottage is wonderful. They have a stunning view of the Lake. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are roomy, there's a washing machine and a dryer, and the kitchen has every appliance you can think of. We will be back again.

Exceeds expectations

Clean and comfy. I have stayed in a number of cabins/cottages in this area over the years. There is a difference! This one is well kept and maintained. Great location too.

Lake Ontario Stay

This was a nice out of the busy city stay. We enjoyed the cottage very much. It had all that we needed and a few extras (Thank You for Them). Nice place to open up the shades and windows and bring in the lake and the surrounding fishing community or close every thing up and enjoy the quiet tranquility of a good book ( which we did both). Thank You, we would recommend

Remembrance trip

We very much enjoyed our stay. Judd is an exceptional host, the area surrounding the property is charming. I was dismayed to discover that Hamlin beach charges $9 dollars to park a vehicle.....this was my home base many years ago & my kids & I had thoroughly enjoyed the lake...the prices now are way overboard, but the trip to Stueben county to visit the grave of my folks was lovely; the small towns & countryside are as I remembered. ...a nice journey overall .

Wonderful Getaway

This Cottage was perfect for a couple days away. Everything was as listed, and the property manager was helpful when we had a problem with the television (our fault) My husband and I will definitely book a stay there again

Wonderful, clean, relaxing

What a beautiful, clean, and perfect vacation. Cottage was exactly as described and we utilized all that was offered. The location was perfect for a nice getaway. Looking forward to a return visit! The kitchen was perfect to make all of our meals and was stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and the space was perfect for our family of 4!

Girls get away

This was a last minute trip to replace a cancelled one. We couldn’t have been happier with this property. It is everything it says it is and more. The home itself is lovely. The area is peaceful and relaxing just what was needed. We will definitely be back!!
