Located in the heart of historic downtown Wabasha, we are stepping stones away from everything you will want to see and do! This private little condo has a comfy queen bed, full kitchen, 2 person jacuzzi tub, bath w/shower, futon couch that folds down to a full size bed, recliner chair, air conditioning, WI-FI & YouTube TV. Sleeps 2-4 people. Private, quiet, non smoking, no pets. This is the lower unit available in this building.

Walking distance to the National Eagle Center, Mississippi Parkside Boat Marina, historical tours, river walking path, free under the bridge entertainment, quaint shops, fishing, public beach, parks, pubs and restaurants including Slippery's (made famous by Grumpy Old Men movies).

Bicycle, canoe, kayak & paddle-board rentals also in walking distance.

A short drive to Lark Toys, Lake Pepin, winery's and so much more!

Location was clean, cozy, and quaint. Perfect for a couples get away. Will definitely be booking again.

Riverboat Days

Location was so convenient for all the activities. Ben is very responsive. I had some confusion with the AC but he called me right back and helped me through it. I would return here for a future stay. Love the Wabasha area!

Perfect spot for us

Didn’t spend much time in our VRBO but it was in the perfect location to meet our needs. Overall clean and comfortable. We anticipate staying there again when we go back to the area.

Nice cozy room

We really enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance to a lot of the places we were going. My husband loved it. Very relaxing and quiet. We didn't want to leave. Maybe an extra day next time.

Ben did a great job

Ben did a great job, and the place was clean and everything was great, I did notice there wasn’t any replacement trash bags so we did the best we could with cleanup and made sure to organize things a bit before we left. Perfect place to relax in the evening and explore the sights of Wabasha during the day!

Niceplace. Bed is comfortable. We had trouble the 1st night figuring out the AC unit. Bathroom is very small. Very clean. Nice fluffy towels.

When I first saw the place, my heart sank. Dirty and grungy and full of webs and bugs on the outside. But the interior was quite nice. I only noticed 2 minor things -- mop board below the toilet paper was dirty, and the vent fan needs to be cleaned. We had a good stay. Hot tub is perfectly functional. Easy walking distance to National Eagle Center, river walking paths, restaurants/bars.

Short stay away

First impression from the outside was not positive. Once inside however the living area was clean and quite comfortable for a short stay. Bathroom was very small but okay for the couple of nights we were there. Centrally located within a short walking distance to nearly everything. Overall a positive experience.

Ben was absolutely a wonderful communicator. There was a slight oops with the water (due to the City of Wabasha) Ben was ready and had communicated with a local hotel to accommodate our stay. Thankfully the City was able to fix the water and we were able to stay.

Things to have/do.

Make sure ALL is cleaned. Coffee pot was needed and was still dirty upon arrival. No facial wash clothes anywhere to be found. Other things needed to make it more homey but will stay there again.

Great location and unit, disappointing maintenance

The unit itself is cozy and conveniently located. Situated between the river and main street, nice neighborhood. Unfortunately, one of the main attractions for us was the intimate hot tub and it had clearly not been cleaned. Residue on the surface and floating matter when jets were activated. We weren't comfortable using it. Observing further, bathroom and kitchen were both superficially cleaned. Also some kind of crumbs/sawdust in the bedding?? Overall disappointing maintenance, isn't that what service fees are for? Had a great weekend in town and area anyway but wouldn't stay here again

Pleasant stay, but lacking in what you would expect from most vrbo condo stays!

The pics shown are not exactly as is. The outside landscape was in dire shape, overgrown weeds, broken branches. The furniture not same as pictured. The futon couch was an early American floral print, corner chair and ottoman did not match. Not saying this was bad, just not what was pictured. There was no bedspread on the bed, only a banket, again not shown, but warm enough. Utensils were mismatched (maybe yard sale or spares from somewhere.) The only bowls available i.e., for cereal or soup were two ramekins and the only actual drinking glasses were two small plastic tupperware size. There were wine glasses, champagne, parfait, again - looked like whatever could be scrounged up. The toilet low to the ground and very small. You can hear upstairs occupants, walking around, moving furniture, muffled conversations. The entry door is actually facing an alleyway which fronts backs of businesses and restaurants. A few times we were blocked in by delivery trucks. Parking is sporadic to get right in front, but most of the time cars are lined up and down the alley. Parking across from it is for that property only. There is a parking lot down the street, but not a safe feeling walking to the condo- street not lit up well. Now granted, we really only used this for sleeping arrangements and coffee, breakfast rolls, cereal - we were visiting family in town. We were comfortable, but most likely would not repeat a stay here. We saw other similar priced properties, nicer equipped.
