Mountain Retreat- Sleeps 10 in Beds

3 Bedroom, PLUS Loft- Has 4 separate sleeping spaces! Sleeps up to 10 people, all on beds. Also includes a fold out couch in the living room if needed!
Spacious two-story condo with nearly 2000 square feet, recently remodeled great room with vaulted ceilings, deck with mountain views. Two bedrooms have queen beds and third bedroom has one queen bed and one bunk bed (sleeps four). There are two twin beds in loft. Sleeps up to 10 comfortably, with up to two designated parking spots. One bath in master bedroom and one bath in hallway. You even have a washer and dryer available to dry those wet winter clothes!
Keystone, Breckenridge, A Basin, Loveland, and Copper Mountain all within 15-20 minute drive. Vail just 30 minutes and Beaver Creek 35 minutes away. Easy access to I-70, and you don’t have to wind your way to the back of Wildernest- we are right at the beginning of the neighborhood. You get the views without the annoying drive. Near outlet malls and abundant retail and restaurant options in Silverthorne and Dillon. Lots of great hiking trails within walking distance.

Please note that this is Unit 2731. This is a 3rd floor walk up unit with no elevator.

Space was bigger than we expected and perfectly located for our group to split to Keystone and Copper. The owner was flexible with us getting into the condo a little early. The kids in our group loved the bonus upstairs room and made it their sleepover room. Bathrooms on the main floor were tough for anyone sleeping upstairs. The tandem parking wasn't tall enough for our larger SUVs with skis on top. There were a number minor things noted that were relayed to the owner as fixes or recommendations. Nothing that would keep us from going back. Overall the condo was solid.

We loved that for our retreat every participant was able to have their own bed. There was so mich space! We loved how close it was to trails.

Great Stay

My wife and I and our three adult kids stayed here for an extended vacation. Everything was exactly as advertised. The three flights of steps are covered which was awesome since we had snow several days. The carport kept the car clear too. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot and great pressure for showers. Awesome views off the balcony. Plenty of seating for our five adults to eat together or hang together. We used this location as a leaping off point for day trips to Colorado Springs, Royal Gorge, Aspen, Glenwood Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheater and more. Also has fun exploring nearby Breckenridge, Vail, Frisco, Dillon, and of course Silverthorne. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. I see photos are required for the review but we did not take any photos of the unit. So I will include some of our trip photos.

Lots of STAIRS

This was a one week stay for a senior ski group. Good communication with mgt company. LOTS of stairs (3 flights of stairs) to enter condo, had a problem getting into key lock box. Condo was nice, but needs some TLC. Our group was mostly 70-80 yrs old, so the stairs were a issue, not so much if you are a young group. Again, the mgt company was responsive and helpful.

Great family time

Location was good for our family ski trip. Plenty of rom for all 10 to sleep. Having bathrooms only on the first floor is somewhat inconvenient for those sleeping upstairs. All beds were comfortable. Living room furniture is worn, comfortable and clean but recliners would not return to down position without major work. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked which wa appreciated as we do most of our cooking at the rental. Lots of stairs to the rental, everyone must be able bodied to make the trek up and down. We got winded every time due to being flat landers!! Overall a great stay with good communication.

Very Nice Condo

Condo is very spacious and clean. It worked great for our ski trip. One person in our group needed to work some and the desk with office chair was nice. The internet service was great for remote work.

Great communication with Owner. Excellent location. A little skimpy on supplies for a place that holds many people. Had to go shopping for cleaning supplies, paper supplies, and toiletries. A place of this size should be well stocked. The distance to the slopes was excellent. Near shopping and highways..

Review

As others had stated there are a lot of stairs but we were aware of that from other reviews. The place was very spacious and accommodated our group of nine. Very nice lay out and had games there for us to play. Very detailed with check in instructions, so that was nice as we had no issues. The host was very accommodating and let us check in early. The place was clean but I feel like it needs a deep cleaning (ie. Blinds cleaned, carpet shampooed, mattress covers washed, doors/ walls cleaned). I did not sleep well due to the mattress I slept on and others said the same. All the pillows were very flat too. I think if they updated a few mattresses and got new pillows it would definitely make a huge difference.

Silverthorne condo

Great location for skiing at Breck and Keystone, fully stocked kitchen, clean. Plenty of kitchen seating and sleeping areas. Less than half our group was adults so worked well. Sleeping upstairs in twin beds mostly for kids. Lots of stairs to property so need to be very able-bodied.
