Bev's Beachfront Bungalow

Stellar location! Walking distance to restaurants and bars, but far enough away not to be a nuisance. First floor 500 sq ft. guest studio with kitchenette. You will have covered parking and private access to your studio. The studio is an open floor plan with a queen bed and a sectional sofa that easily converts to a twin bed. A large flat screen TV and dining for four. Enjoy the large bathroom with excellent lighting. The studio is very comfortable and well equipped, with a private path to the uncrowded beach. Private outdoor area with rocking chairs. Shibumi tent, beach chairs and beach towels provided for your enjoyment.

Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this delightful beachfront bungalow.Beverly has truly thought of everything to make a beach vacation effortless and relaxing. From beach chairs, towels, and a cooler to a Shibumi shade and even flashlights— she's thought of it all. The bungalow was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped, making us feel right at home. You can tell a lot of love and care has gone into making this a special place. Thank you, Beverly, for such a thoughtful and memorable experience-we can't wait to come back.

Paradise

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary June 18-23. The minute we walked in to Beverly’s Beautiful Bungalow we knew it was going to be an amazing time. Steps from the beach, Beverly thought of everything we would ever need. Even ice for our ice chest. The studio was decorated perfectly. It was perfect for my husband and me. There was even a little patio with a table and rocking chairs where I enjoyed my coffee and reading my bible. That’s how I started every morning. The beach was amazing ang the shade Beverly provided was excellent. Beverly was an absolute pleasure and so sweet. Robbie was pretty darn cute too. Thank you Beverly. We will be back for sure!!

Everything was excellent!Cleanliness is a 4 only because of a couple bugs in bathroom, which is not surprising or necessarily preventable.It was much better than a hotel room! Close to the beach and local attractions.

The apartment was in great shape and wonderfully equipped. Everything you could possibly need. The location is beyond convenient, within walking distance of the restaurants and pubs on the island and the ocean is just across the dunes. We’d happily return.

Relaxing!

The studio was very clean, the owner provided everything needed for our stay. The location was perfect for all activities... site seeing, shopping and just relaxing on the beach which was just a few steps from the house. Highly recommended for a couple wanting privacy. Overall experience was excellent!!!

We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had a great stay over a long weekend. The unit was well-appointed and met every need - very clean, nicely decorated. There were beach chairs for use, and it was a short walk to a beautiful beach. I think the unit is best described as a basement studio. There is a sitting area that is under the first floor balcony. While the unit is oceanfront, there is no oceanview for the apartment or the sitting area. While in a quiet location, the unit is only a short walk to many restaurants and bars. We really liked the Crab's Claw restaurant, which is very close. We hope to come back!

Walking distance to everything

Great little place, cute decor. Nice amount of storage in the bathroom for clothes and toiletries. Can walk to restaurant and bars and of course the beach. Nice that cooler and beach chairs are included. Great sitting area outside. Bed was comfortable.

Awesome Beach Front Studio

Every detail of this property exemplifies the highest quality I’ve ever experienced in a rental property down to the water glass provided in the bathroom. Covered parking, a small zen like garden off of the patio leading to a pathway over the dunes to the beach. The most comfortable bed & couch. A small kitchen but with every amenity. I’d definitely stay there again. It’s on Atlantic Beach’s character infused Boardwalk Blvd with many other beautiful cottages.

Rare oceanfront studio

We loved staying here for our honeymoon! The studio is super cute, has just about everything you would need, and just a short walk to the beach. The area is very private and quiet. The owner is super sweet!

Birthday Getaway!

Wonderful location and a great place. It was all we needed for a very relaxing vacation. The owner is such a sweet woman and will make sure your stay is everything it needs to be. We cooked daily and used the grill for dinner. Bahia Beach House is an absolute must for a nice dinner and drinks.

Vacation

The property is perfect for 2 people. The host Beverly is so nice and easy to deal with. Beverly is very quick to respond to any questions that you have. The check in process was so easy. Everything that you could think of that we needed as soon as you looked it was already there. The space is decorated so nicely and everything is just as it appears in the photos. We hope to return again very soon and possibly stay at this same property provided that it is available when we return. It was so relaxing.
