Kamaole Sands #6-109 is a spacious, one bedroom two bath condo just steps away from the pool and a short walk through the beautiful grounds to the beach. It is located on the ground floor, with free parking just a few steps away and many amenities that can make your vacation wonderful!

This condo has a California king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa-bed, and a fold down queen Murphy bed with additional storage space in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with large counter space to prep and enjoy your meals.

Two A/C's (in the living room and the bedroom) will make your stay comfortable.

The large and shady lanai is just steps away from the orchid wall and gated entry to the large pool, two spas, kiddie pool, fitness center, and activity desk. Take an easy 3-min stroll along a shaded path to Kamaole Beach Park III -- "Kam 3" is one of the best beaches on Maui. It has a nice sandy beach for swimming and snorkeling, the best for boogie-boarding, shade trees for playing and relaxing in the gigantic grassy park area with a new playground and bathrooms.

Our condo is the closest 1-bed/2-bath unit to the pool, yet feels extremely private thanks to the large Areca palms between the pool area and the lawn adjacent to our lanai. The orientation of the building provides the perfect amount of shade from the afternoon sun, while guiding the tradewind breezes through the entire condo.

The condo is accessible with no stairs between our front door and our reserved parking space 100 feet away. We are within walking distance to several local restaurants and shops, as well as the Kihei Boat Landing and Maui Public Bus stops.

Enjoy the complimentary pool-side party each Wednesday with live Hawaiian music, professional hula dancers, and singers.

This unit worked perfectly for us! Parents and two boys, they each got their own bed and so close to the pool. The deck is a little larger than some and that was good too. The pool areas is awesome and we really enjoyed the hula show and live music. Some of the beach gear could use replacing or removing, but the best is the wagon!

We really loved it!! Few steps from the pool, Waking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping plazas. Really quiet at night. I really recomend it to everyone. Im not sure if it get rented often but I hope it does because it is well located

Another great stay at Kam Sands

Our 4th stay at Kamaole Sands, all 4 units have been great. First floor is nice for loading/unloading. Unit was clean and well provisioned. Easy check in and communication. Walk to beach, Wailea and Kihei. Would definitely stay again.

Best family unit this far!

We had the best time staying in this unit. The beds were comfortable, showers were great. It was fully stocked with whatever we needed. Dave was seriously the best host and so easy to deal with! This was our third stay here at Kamaole Sands and this was by far our favourite unit to stay in and will definitely book again!

Christmas in Maui

We have stayed at this property before, love it every time! Owners are very generous with several beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and coolers… also beach towels!! Property is safe, quiet and convenient to Kam 3, close to Wailea without the Wailea price!! Murphy bed in the living area is remarkably comfortable! People staying after us will enjoy a new washer and dryer, maybe next time for us!!Mahalo for your hospitality

We always love the ground floor units at this complex. This unit is well stocked with beach gear - Towels, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys and we loved the beach wagon!

Perfect Getaway

Condo was the perfect fit for our family, super close to the pool, yet not loud from the pool. Kids were very happy with the beach toys! Will definitely book again if returning.

Great location

Great condo with perfect location right across from Kamoale Beach III and close proximity to all the gorgeous Kihei beaches! This condo close to pool/weightroom which made it very convenient. Dave is great at responding promptly to my questions even when I called him very late at night/early morning as I did not figure out the keypad entry to our condo. Will definitely return in future! Thanks Dave….an amazing family vacation while staying in your condo!❤️

Lovely stay in Maui

Great unit location to pool and workout areas, just steps away out of the ground level lanai. Overall excellent location to walk to coffee, restaurants, beach/sunsets and shops. Unit is well equipped with beach gear. Booking, check-in any any questions during our stay were addressed/answered immediately by owner. Lovely stay in Maui!!

Perfect location for a family with children

This condo was better than I expected!! This was the 1st time renting someone else’s condo for a week and it was a great experience. The lanai was so relaxing while taking in the fresh air. The patio was a rock throw away from the pool, so all I had to do was call out to one of my kids and they heard me. It was that close!! I actually even took a nap out on the chaise lounge on the lanai!! A huge plus were the beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, and beach towels that were all included. We were literally within walking distance to the beach! It was literally right across the street from Kamaole Beach! The barbecue was a very short walk. An absolute must for six of us is a washer and dryer inside the unit without having to put quarters in it and an air conditioner in the condo. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Extended Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at this property. This is our second time staying at Kamaole Sands, the first time at this listing. We stayed for a week along with extended family staying in other buildings to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The property manager was very communicative regarding any questions or issues. The condo was a great place for our family of 4 to sleep, eat, and regroup after spending our days in the water. We loved the easy, walkable access to the beach, great pool, and nearby food and shopping options. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Condo

This condo had all the amenities you’d need for a beach vacation. We loved the ground level patio with just a few steps to the pool. The extra bed in the living room worked well for us.

Great, quiet location

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands before but in a different unit. This one was as good or better because it was a ground unit and easy for me to access as I was recently injured and need a walker. The master shower has grab bars, which were really helpful for me, and the entire apartment, was easy to get around with my disability. The swimming pool is just steps away, but we took full advantage of Kamaole III Beach Park, which is a short walk across the street — that was really a highlight for my family! The property itself was fairly quiet as everyone seemed to respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Be aware: there are a lot of feral chickens now on Maui, and every so often a rooster nearby would awaken us at 5:30 AM or so. It was also nice to have beach towels and gear available in the condo. We would definitely stay here again and are grateful our stay was so comfortable!

Great lanai. Close to the pool.

Had an amazing stay at Dave's place! The location is great, just steps from the pool but far enough away to sit on the lanai and quietly read a book. Ground floor is great for pool access and to have that extra space for the kids to play catch right outside the room. Parking spot is close by which was nice for hauling groceries and such. Owners were lovely and very accommodating. We loved that there were also two pull-out beds in the living room for our kids (sofa and Murphy bed). All around great stay! Cant wait to come back!

The perfect place to stay in Maui

100% recommend staying at this amazing Maui condo! We were visiting from Sydney, AU and had such a lovely time. Dave’s communication was impeccable - so fast and efficient to respond to any questions we had in the lead up to and during our stay (even when I missed seeing the PIN code in an email. Dave happily resent the details). The apartment was very clean, beds were super comfortable, wifi was good, showers had good pressure and they even supplied things like a blender and shakers to use. The Murphy bed was comfortable and it was great to have 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. Just bear in mind you can’t hang anything outside on the lanai. Great to also have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Loved this place and cannot thank Dave enough for his hospitality and friendliness. Top notch all round!

Beautiful Condo Complex

The condo was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The check-in process was easy; it was nice to have a keypad and not have to keep track of a key. The Murphy bed and pull out couch were very easy to use. My only concern was we couldn’t open the windows because some of the screens were really loose and easy to push out. Otherwise, it was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay in Maui!

The stay went as planned. We have stayed at this resort previously so no surprises. The kitchen was well equipped. The only negative is that the internet was turned of the morning of our departure.
