Book with us and come to Maui to explore everything we have to offer!

Sought after building 10 nicely remodeled unit with cherry cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with stylish contemporary island-style furnishings and large flat screen HDTV, DVD player. The ocean view master bedroom also has a large flat screen TV. The outdoor lanai (patio) has great ocean views and overlooks the landscaped courtyard area with fountain. FREE wireless high-speed internet access.

The bedrooms are all very separated, offering privacy for families or friends traveling together and offer TV's and Split A/C's. The living room features a Queen sofa sleeper and a television as well. *Please note that the 3rd bedroom closes off from the living room with a wall of sliding frosted doors.

Beach access is just across the street from Kamaole Sands (there are no condos on the other side of the road, just Kamaole III Beach Park), and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This unit includes quick-dry microfiber beach towels, lightweight beach chairs, and an umbrella. Baby items such as full-size crib, Pack-n-Play, stroller, high chair, and booster chair available to rent from a local on island baby equipment rental agency.

- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

The unit was really very nice. It had a lot of good beach gear including a wagon. To start our stay, we got a message when we landed that the a/c wasn’t working, and the alternate accommodations they offered were not acceptable for us(we had other family staying here). So to start our vacation we had to vacate this unit for the repairmen. Also, the building was under renovations which included many loud noises around and above us all day. The “assigned” parking was nonexistent and we had to park on the other side of the complex, or a building and a half away and transport our luggage and groceries a long way. It would have been nice to have information.
This unit is right in the middle of the construction zone.

Supplies & Cleanliness

Layout, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and linens were excellent. Seating was excellent. Condo needs a good clean, furniture especially needs to be moved and cleaned under, sliding doors and windows need cleaning too. It would have been nice to have enough TP and paper towels for the 2 weeks rented. Half a roll of paper towels only and 2 rolls of TP per bathroom were provided. Swiffer sheets were purchased to clean, having these too would help clean mid-stay to keep condo tidy. J-cloths also purchased as a sponge seemed inadequate. A bathroom cleaner for sinks would have been good too. Two umbrellas was excellent. As condo sleeps 6, one more beach chair would be helpful.Location was excellent, appreciated renting. Hope this info helps owner and management.

Great, family friendly

We stayed for 3 weeks, the condo was great. It was clean, beds are comfortable. The sofa bed was difficult to pull in and out, but I think it’s because the mattress was replaced and is the most comfortable sofa bed we’ve been on. Had some connectivity issues with the wifi for the first week of our stay. Once that was settled, no complaints.

Great family unit

The condo was perfect for 6 adults and an infant. Being on the ground floor gave us lots of access to the grassy area to play. The location within the complex has a beautiful view of the ocean and is far enough back from the road that you do not have traffic noise. The condo is well equipped with towels, kitchen supplies, beach toys umbrella and chairs, swim goggles, the list goes on. The beds are super comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. The lanai is one of the smaller ones in the complex but with the ground floor and grass space it’s a non issue.The complex amenities are all great. They keep the ground spotless and even clean the bbqs every night. The property management company was very responsive before and during our stay. Overall an A!

Nice location

This was a good place for a family though the lanai was a little small to accommodate all of us(6). Overall we were happy with the unit and space and happy to find a rare 3 bedroom in a great location. We had concerns about very strong cleaning product/deodorizer which affected the first 48 hours of our stay. The manager responded and did offer some mitigation though we felt like the understanding of the impact of the situation could have been better. If you are sensitive to smells and products I would advise letting them know in advance to have the cleaners avoid these products.

Family Time in Maui

Our stay at this condo in Maui was an enjoyable experience, thanks to its excellent location and some fun amenities. The condo's location was superb—just a short walk to beautiful beaches and close to charming local shops and restaurants. The patio provided stunning ocean views, making it a perfect spot for watching the sunset. Its central location made exploring the island convenient and enjoyable. The overall cleanliness fell short of what we had hoped for. Our feet were black the first day and the linens were stained. The beach chairs provided were quite worn out and broken. On a positive note, the condo’s amenities were a highlight. We absolutely loved the pickleball courts!

Beautiful spot perfect for 2 families traveling together.

This was a lovely condo as described and we really enjoyed the view of the lawn and fountain with the ocean in the background. It worked well for our 2 small families. A couple of bath towels were missing when we arrived but that was quicky remedied by the property management. The only downfall of this unit was that the patio was very small and faces directly west which is hot in the late afternoon sun.

Senior Trip

So nice to stay here with my two teens and three adult children. Close to great beaches and our favorite spots in Maui. Loved our stay. BBQ’d dinner every night out at the grills and pool/spa was very nice!

Fabulous accommodation for our entire family

The accommodations were lovely and they are on a gorgeous property! It was fabulous to have the beautiful ocean view enjoying sunrises and sunsets and we loved that we were able to walk to the beautiful beach so easily. The property is in an excellent location. **Perfect for Paradise**

I just returned from 7 nights in this great vacation condo..can I just live there? I stayed in this gem with my wife, son (and his girlfriend) and daughter (and her boyfriend)...all of us adults. We had plenty of room for us all. Bathroom space was not an issue either. The location is incredible. I could see the ocean and sunsetting from the living room, or step out onto the ground level lanai and sit and enjoy the weather. It was just as easy to walk a few steps to the park/beach to enjoy sunrises, sunsets and walks down the road for shaved ice. We walked to dinner. We walked to the ABC, which has everything you need from food, alcohol to souvenirs. I would most definitely rate this place a 10/10 and consider it for future trips to Maui! Mahalo to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise.

We have stayed on this property several times. Each unit has been different. This one was a little dated and the third bedroom was a little odd but did the job! The air conditioning was first rate and the views from the lanai were what you expect in Hawaii.

ok place to stay

This property was just ok. I think extremely over priced all things considered - the photos make the property look pristine, but it’s actually pretty run down and old (which is totally ok, just don’t expect new/pristine). I don’t understand why we paid as much of a cleaning fee as we did when we were asked to do some cleaning ourselves. This property is a three bedroom with expected 8 people to stay there but they only give you one parking space - we had to park the second car in the visitor parking which was a little bit of a walk when you’re carrying a lot of stuff - also they only supplied two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, and two garbage bags - this was not nearly enough for 8 people on a 1week stay - we were expected to buy more ourselves. Neighbors were quiet, there was some street noise but it wasn’t too bad. The beach was very close, easy to walk to. Messaging the owners was interesting, I always got a reply but I never knew who I was talking to - the owner or the resort staff. We had a couple of issues (door and ceiling fan) but they took care of it right away, no problem! Overall this property was ok, definitely not worth what we paid for it.

A perfect place for 3 generations

We loved the location of this unit (near the beach), one level and on the ground floor. Having three bedrooms made it easy for 5 people (3 generations) to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Maui.
