Sands of Kamaole

I loved loved this place. It was in the most perfect part of Kihea, the accommodations were great, the kitchen had everything you could ever need if you wanted to make anything. Lovely full sized beach towels, cooler, lawn chairs, and boogie boards. This place had everything and was so nice to be at. And the beach 900 ft away was perfect too! I’d come back here again.

Comfortable in Kihei

Kamaola Sands is meticulously maintained by the full time gardening staff. The community has a great pool, clubhouse and spa.Grills are available and cleaned daily by the staff. The condominium has a lovely one bedroom two bath room floor plan. It has a well equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, beach items and a nice patio balcony. My wife and I had a wonderful time in Maui and we would return to Kamaole Sands.

this unit was perfect for us

The location is incredible. the unit has a full king size bed. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. there is a smart TV in the living room so we were able to watch Netflix, Prime, etc. There is shade on the lanai all afternoon. this unit hit everyone of our check marks.we would 100% stay here again.

Great Service

We didn’t have an umbrella when we arrived on Monday. I emailed the property manager after hours and when I got back from dinner a new umbrella was on the door step! Great service!

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was great and we loved having the beach just a short walk across the street. Everything was clean and well-kept and having a full kitchen was perfect. Not only was the condo a great size, it was so nice having two bathrooms and two air conditioners! Mahalo for a great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo as describe in add, pictures correct. Very nice furniture and well supplied, loved our stay. Matt the Manager was great! Immediate response. If I had to critique, Only bummer for us was that the A/C in the bedroom is only a floor portable model very high noise level and low setting is still high and noisy not good for night sleeping super close to bed and couldn't move it further away, We could only use the ceiling fan for sleeping, so a few nights it got hot. We did Opened windows but car noise in parking lot and sprinkler system outside comes on in wee hours of night. If absolutely needed it does do the job and get cold. There is only one central A/C on wall/ceiling in living room which is far at opposite ends of condo from bedroom and we didn't want to run that all night to be sensitive to owners electric bill. So we made do. The shower in the master bedroom is super super high volume of water (good for a hard back massage) but has no adjustments to turn it down and keep it warm, so we used the hall shower which was just ok.

Great vacation

We stayed here a month and had an amazing time. The property itself is beautiful - the pools are great, felt just a like a nice hotel property. The unit itself is in a great location - very close to a parking spot, next door to the stairs, and about equal distance from the pool and the beach. The unit is well outfitted and very comfortable. We had a smoke alarm issue and Matt came out even though it was Father's Day, super responsive. They offer a pro photo session you can sign up for at the pool - all digital photos only costs $250. We have our Christmas card ready!

The location is great - only a couple of minutes from the beach, with several others in easy walking distance, and you can walk to shops and restaurants as well. The complex has beautiful grounds and a large pool. The condo itself is nicely done, with lots of living space and a nice kitchen. The only downside is that this building doesn't really have a view of the ocean, but you can get there easy enough. We'd definitely stay here again.
