Be ready to relax and have some fun in this amazing oceanfront condo on the boardwalk! People watching for days while overlooking the boardwalk at Oceans Mist #502, our large (2,000+ sq ft!) 3 bedroom/ 3 full bathroom condo that doesn't cramp your beach style. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living spaces to have a fun family dinner and game night. Located on 6th St and the boardwalk, with unparalleled unobstructed direct oceanfront views. No dunes blocking your view here! Take a relaxing dip in the outdoor pool after your day on the beach. This unit comes with two assigned parking spaces and a 3rd is available for a small fee. Wake up in the morning and treat yourself to a short walk to get coffee on the boards just downstairs. Relax on the beach all day, then enjoy an evening listening to the waves crash while getting a front-row seat to watch boardwalk fun. New owners for the 2022 season= Upgrades, new carpet, new paint!!

Place was very nice, clean, and convenient. We had a little mess up with what was provided in the bedrooms (sheets), so we made a quick trip to Walmart. But, overall great time.

Great Family Vacation!

The large space gave us the opportunity to have more family stay with us and make memories! The location was perfect, enough space for everyone, the place was beautiful, and had everything we needed. Great, easy communication by the host too!

Relaxing oasis

Absolutely stunning ocean views! The condo was clean and comfortably furnished. We loved watching the sunise from the balcony each morning and being right on the boardwalk. The video game machine allowed both the adults and teenagers to have fun together. The owners were very responsive to questions; made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful Condo - Amazing Location!!!

This was everything described in the listing and more! We had such a great vacation! The weather didn't cooperate at all, but at least we had a beautiful home to hang out in during the worst of it. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to messages. The home is incredible - everything you could ever need! We would definitely stay here again!!!

This place was beautiful. I had direct contact with the owners anytime i needed. At the end of the trip I ended up getting extremely sick, going past my check out time. They were more than understanding. Instead of getting angry they were very calm and reasonable. Best place i have stayed.

Winter getaway

Wonderful property for larger families with a range of ages. Easy access to boardwalk, clean, spacious AND an arcade machine in unit! This totally made the difference. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need (we cook a lot) and the owners are super accessible even over the holiday weekend 
.a few minor issues quickly resolved very pleasantly. We will definitely look forward to coming back! Granted we visited during winter so noise was not an issue (summer will probably be different) but the beach is literally outside your window (5 flights down with elevator or stairs) large balcony and spectacular views. Not to miss gem in OC.

Nice place but needed to be cleaned

This was a nice condo but probably one of the dirtiest places I have stay at in a long time in OCMD. I usually go down to OC at least 2-3 times a year and stay in different places. This one could use some updates like paint but most importantly they need to find a new cleaning company. My family and I spent 2 hours wiping things down before we would unpack.

Oceans Mist 502

The condo was perfect. There were 8 of us and had plenty of room. The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location on the oceanfront and balcony was beautiful. You could hear the ocean from the balcony. We loved wathcing all the board walkers as well. Jamie the host was exceptional and very responsive to answer all my questions. The kids and adults enjoyed playing the arcade machine in the condo lol. We loved having each bathroom attached to the bedroom and loved the jacuzzi tub. The pool was a plus as well. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Ocean City. It is one of the nicest condos I ever stayed at. I wish the weather was more cooperative and we had a warmer vacation. Hopefully next year!

Relaxing Christmas Weekend with a Nice View

The property is located in the prime area of Ocean City. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, stores, and parks. Wonderful views from the living and the master bedroom. The rooms were spacious and comfortable to stay in for at least 8 people. Possibly, because we traveled during the off-season (winter), the property was not adequately equipped with the expected amenities that we enjoyed during our other trips across the country. We were required to bring our own bedsheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, and some cleaning stuff. This is not a problem if this is stated clearly on the website or the notification is given not 2 to 3 hours before the check-in time. Creates challenges for people who are already on the way traveling. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the positive experience outweighed the normal expectation of a vacation place.

Absolutely Loved This Codo

My family and I stayed here September 2 through September 9, 2023. Of the four units in this building at which we have stayed over the years, this one was the best by far. The new owners are super nice and quick to respond to questions. Everything one would need in the kitchen was there, some in abundance. There were many games and an assortment of books for us to use as well. The one thing that thrilled my grown grandchildren (20 & 21) was the huge game machine loaded with over 5000 games. I even sat down and took a turn at it, playing my favorite game from the 1980’s 
Tetris. This almost 80 year old didn’t do too badly either! As my health and mobility aren’t so great anymore, sadly, I don’t think I will do anymore vacations. But my family is already planning on saving up so that they can rent this unit again. What a wonderful way to end a lifetime of vacations to the beach. Thank you Donna and family.

Boardwalk access

What a great location!!!! Right on the boardwalk with a terrific view of the ocean. Easy beach access. Beautiful rooms and loved having my own bathroom.

Boardwalk location was excellent

The beds were comfortable, no paper supplies were there so we had to run out, but it's a beautiful place! Elevator very hot and slow, but the walk to the beach was just around the corner. You can cook whole meals if you want, but bring your own fry pans. Loved the fact that you don't need keys!
