This three-bedroom, two-bath home has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful outdoor attractions the Grand Junction area has to offer. You’re just around the corner from the scenic 25-mile Fruit & Wine Byway, Clifton Nature Park and Colorado River. There are more than a dozen wineries and orchards within a picturesque 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride. The garage offers space to safely store bicycles or kayaks. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

The covered front porch and spacious back yard are perfect for gathering in the mornings and evenings. Like most homes in the area, Top of the Trail is kept comfortable with an energy-efficient evaporative cooler and cozy baseboard heating.

This was a great place to stay with kids. We loved having a park/playground so close. I also really enjoyed the front porch swing for drinking my morning coffee.

A Great Place in Clifton, CO

The property was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable, including a garage to park our vehicles in, a beautiful spacious back yard with patio furniture and a propane grill, very spacious living area and well decorated, and in a very quint neighborhood. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great place to stay and great hosts!

House was great, neighborhood was amazing. For kid-friendliness, we stayed in the fall and there was a massive weed garden next door. it smelled a little. We weren't concerned but I could see families who may not love that or the smell. The neighbor was up late watching TV very loud one night and we could hear it well in our house.

A central place for the Grand Valley

This home is a great base to explore Grand Junction, Palisade and the Grand Mesa. It was very clean and the owner was responsive. We would go back!

Family Trip

We had a great stay at the bike2wine house in Cilfton. My family was there for our Grandpa's memorial services and to see extended family. Both the house and the location were great with plenty of space and close to Grandma's. Thank you for letting us use your house.

Great peaceful house

Well managed and easy to relax into . Gas grill was dirty and the grease catch is overflowing. Felt a bit nervous about that. But everything was as advertised and the area is great.

A gem

A group of ladies stayed for our A Girl Ana a Gun conference at Cameo. Reasonable drive to Cameo. House was spotless & extremely well-maintained. Check in and out was simple as was what was expected at checkout. I communicated with Scott several times in the months preceding our stay; very nice guy. Appreciated the washer & dryer. Highly recommend!

A gem

Stayed two nights. It accommodated 8 of us with some creative bed assignments. It’s small but we wanted to be close. In 100 degree temperatures the evaporative cooler worked surprisingly well. Well stocked and very clean. Huge tv screen. Not enough living room furniture for 8 people. Humble neighborhood but close to our wedding venue. I would stay there again.

Lovely Home

This is definitely the best home in the neighborhood. Neighbors were kind and it was so nice to have a garage to park our cars in. Home really had everything we needed. I was a bit concerned about staying there in August with only an evaporative cooler. However, the home stayed plenty cool. We did bring an extra fan to help with air circulation. The property itself has a nice fan you can use, as well. Overall, very nice stay.

Like the property except...

We enjoyed our stay. Nice property with comfortable beds. The only drawback is the 2 car garage is very short. We could not fit our normal short bed Ford trucks in the garage. It was about 3ft too short and that was one of the major reasons we chose this home. Short driveways too. The vehicles stuck out over the sidewalk unless you pulled super close to the garage door to where you could barely squeeze by walking. Other than that this is a very nice property.
