Once you arrive you'll see the beautiful landscape with a gorgeous lake view from the front swing. Then as you enter this home you can't help to notice the colorful accents walls with fun bright wall art and atmosphere that says "We are on vacation"
This spacious home has 4 comfortable queen beds that fit nicely in 3 bedrooms with an additional queen memory foam sleeper for two more adults. Each room has it's own 55' smart tv just in case you are ready to relax after a long day of fun on the lake or night out on the town. We offer Netflix, Amazon prime movies at no extra charge. Free Wifi included.
There is dining as well as living room seating for 8 adults.
We have the propane bar b q out back with picnic tables and luxury patio furniture as well as a breakfast table in the front to enjoy your morning coffee outside.
We are happy to announce that we have just added a 15' by 34' pool that is 6' deep with a baja shelf. This pool has seating throughout for over 8 people comfortably .
And We have also added a new 6 person hot tub with 63 jets!! Yes We Said 63 jets!!
The pool, hot tub and back yard have beautiful color led lighting for the perfect evening setting. We have also added a wood fire pit, cornhole, giant jenga and ladder ball for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has a small appliance for every possible family member. From the bullet to make smoothies and margaritas to the crockpot for stews to an air popper for pop corn snacks.
Home has two full size refrigerators with two ice makers because with 8 people we know you'll need lots of space for all your food and cold beverages.
We have the nice level driveway that will accommodate 6 full size vehicles or your RV, Boat, or any toys you decide to bring..
This beautiful home is on the north side of town 10 minutes from The Windsor launch ramp, downtown McCulloch, the channel and world famous" London Bridge

Vacation rental

This was our first time staying at a vacation rental, and I’m never going back to hotels! Our stay here was amazing! The house was beautiful, located close to the lake and London Bridge! The neighborhood was safe and quite very peaceful! Checking in and out was a breeze! The host Bobby was amazing as well! Overall it was an awesome experience! If you’re thinking about this vacation rental don’t think twice you won’t regret it! We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to future stays! :)

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here, the house is nice, and we loved Lake Havasu. There are a few maintenance issues that should be looked at eg blinds, towel ring in bathroom. We didn’t heat the pool so it never got warm but that was our choice. The hot tub was perfect for us. Bobby was great to deal with fast to respond and helpful.

Quiet neighborhood

This property was close to where we wanted to be. Clean, Has applilances and a few extra food items other guests have left. Furniture in the back was scattered around like no one had been there in a while. The neighborhood is quiet and away from busy streets.

Excellent Home

The house was very clean and furnishings and fixtures seemed new. Very nice hot tub and newly installed pool. Home is well taken care of with a nice back yard with a few games, lounge chairs, fire pit and bbq pit. Highly recommend, very comfortable stay especially for a family.

Sweet Desert Adobe

This space is wonderful with tons of room. The two fridges are nice for a big family or lots of cooking. We were surprised with a pool and did a polar plunge on our trip! Then of course we hopped in the hot tub after. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and about a ten minute drive to the London Bridge.

Snowbirds

We enjoyed our stay at Bobby's. Bobby responded promptly to questions or concerns we had. We found the neighborhood safe, quiet, and inviting. The scenery, especially the sunsets and the lake view from the front sitting area, is gorgeous. And lookout for the occasional treat of seeing the quail and even roadrunners. The amenities in the home were adequate and comfortable both inside and out, providing plenty of room to spread out and have fun! Thank you for sharing your lovely home and the beautiful city of Lake Havasu with us.

Home away from home

We had a great time during our stay! The house was completely spotless upon our arrival. The two beds in one room was perfect for the kids! They had a blast staying up all night. The beds are super comfortable!! We all felt very rested. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals for the family and helped us cut down on extra expenses. My favorite was the view from the front porch! We were able to sit in the front and enjoy our coffee before it got to hot outside. We were only 10 minutes (if that) from the lake. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. The house was cozy and clean. It was exactly what we needed for a reset. THanks!!

Nice pool, to bad we can't use it!

Nice older home but we were mislead regarding the pool. Heating option was originally described as a $50 to heat to 90 degrees and then $25.00 per/day to keep it heated which is what we based the decision to rent the home. The actual cost to heat the pool to 85 degrees for 3 days would have been $800 + another 20% for electricity and operational costs, we had a 28 day stay! We could have booked a home without a pool for considerably less, we paid to much for what we got. We should have been told that the pool was not an option in the winter. We feel mislead by the Vrbo listing and the home owner.

We do not have any pets.The pool was great to look at, but wasn't heated, so wasn't able to use it.Hot tub was dirty and needed some maintenance.We informed the of the matter.The host was quick to take care of other issues.We were very pleased with our stay.Would recommend to anyone.Great location and a lot of amenities.

Havasu mini vacay

This was such a great property, the pool and spa were amazing! The house was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. The host was in contact if needed for questions. Even the neighbors were great when they saw me trying to figure out the best place to park the boat they came across the street and were so nice telling me what the majority of people do. The view of the lake was a bonus as well. We would definitely stay here again.
