This adorable cabin is located in anchor bay on beautiful Lac Courte Oreilles lake. This brand new cabin features 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Includes private dock, fire pit and charcoal grill. Minutes away from restaurants/bars and gas. About 15 minutes away from the town of Hayward for shopping and local tourist attractions. This cabin is the perfect getaway if you’re looking to relax in the north woods year round! We also have two other cabins within walking distance if you would like to include more families.

Perfect getaway

Couldn’t have been happier with this cozy cabin. We enjoyed the stars on the dock, had a fire in the firepit, and loved the accommodations. The beds were really comfy and the vintage details were great! Would definitely come back again!

It was perfect for our 2-night stay, close to our other families' cabins. My only recommendation is better pillows for the beds and at least 1 additional mirror somewhere in the house since the bathroom is so small.

Short Getaway

The cabin was perfect for me and my two grandsons. We met up with other family mdmbers at a different location for swimming and boating. Boys enjoyed catching little fish on dock and watching the ducks. Great time.

Beautiful Sunrises

Charming and clean cabin! We loved watching the incredible sunrises on the lake. On a nice and quiet street for running or walking. We went to Hayward and Cable to ride the MTB trails. The beds were very comfortable! We will be back!

Cute cabin on lake

The check in process was simple. Cute, clean cabin right on the water with a dock. The public boat landing is right next door. You can catch small pan fish right off the pier. Restaurant right down the road. I want to come back soon!

The property is all clean and new. If you are into fishing it's a good bet. Not much for swimming. The boat access is right next door to this cabin.

Great getaway

The cabin is just as listed. It’s perfect for a family of 4. The access to the public launch is directly next door, which is very handy. The kids complained for a minute about the lack of a tv but quickly forgot about it and spent all their time on the water or dock. The A/C is loud but it’s a great white noise machine at night 😊. We’d stay again.

Check in process and responsiveness from Danielle was fantastic. She responded to any questions we had within an hour and made sure we had what we needed to have a fantastic stay. Cabin is just steps from the lake as advertised. Located just 15 minutes from Hayward was convenient. For a relatively small place, kitchen table was plenty big enough for our family of 5 to eat and/or play board games comfortably. Thanks Danielle!

Charming little cabin on Lac Courte Oreilles

We had a pleasant week on LCO. The cabin is just as advertised and pictured. We cooked in about half the nights and pleasantly surprised that everything we needed was right there in the Kitchen. Our only complaint - and this had to be unusual (our luck) that a landscape contractor used the adjacent public lake access to load a flat-top pontoon with rocks for a shoreline improvement project across the bay. Every 15 minutes a skid-steer would noisily run up the street to access a dump truck, then run back to the landing (twice per boat load) to dump rocks onto the boat, then race across the lake to dump rocks and return - from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for three straight days. We were away most of the time, but had to endure the noise right when we would have like to enjoy morning coffee on the dock, or a glass of wine after returning mid-afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again as the normal boat traffic at the public landing was not a problem. I assume the commercial use of the landing was unusual and I would hope generally not permitted.

Very clean, cozy, lakeside cottage😃

This cottage worked well for us while we were visiting friends in the same bay. We really only were there to sleep and shower, but the way it is situated close to the lake and dock we’re very nice. There is not a sandy beach, but the lake is gorgeous and crystal clear. Having a boat, canoe or kayak would be perfect- we had access to all of that at our friends cabin. The cabin is lovely and nicely decorated, beds were comfy. The shower is quite small, but does what it needs to do😀 We would recommend staying here.

Small cabin on the lake

No complaints. Dock was right in front of the cabin. Quiet area and was perfect for my wife and 2 year old. Nice weekend getaway.
