Charming & Private 5 BR Country Getaway

Private pastoral farmland surrounds this charming gem located hilltop with great views all around. There are patio doors that lead you to a large tin roofed balcony with a gas grill, with a serene view of the beautiful countryside.
There is a large yard front and back along with rustic walking trails throughout the grounds. One unique aspect worth mentioning is we seldom have any mosquitos.
The space
Private house - Upper level has open concept main living area, fully furnished living room with 2 sofa sleepers, television, full kitchen with gas cooktop and electric oven with dining area. Lower level has full kitchette with full size frig and large dining table. Also another 2 sofa sleepers and HD TV. French doors to the outside that leads to a firepit. The guests staying will be provided with free WiFi, blow dryer, an iron.
Guest access
Main living area on each level, three bedrooms upper level, and two bedrooms lower level(jack & jill), and outside yard, all of this is private and only occupants are you and your additional guests specified. Based on this five bedroom listing chosen, additional bedrooms not included in this listing are locked. Other listings are available should additional rooms be desired. Please list an accurate guest count, and we supply towels accordingly. Also, if will be needing sofa beds, please request, and we will leave one bin of clean bedding per each sofa requested.
Other things to note
We leave a towel set per guest staying, since our lodging is supported by a private septic system. We ask if you can help us by being green and reuse towels, it is appreciated. However, if that is not acceptable to you, please request additional towel sets and we can have a member of staff deliver additional. This may especially apply for more than 2 or 3 night stays.
