Lakefront, an indoor pool where it's always 80 degrees, a retro arcade room, and 2 kayaks - you'll never need to leave the property! Pontoon available for additional fee. This 5,600 square foot, 6 bedroom, 4 bath home, with a fully stocked kitchen and a view of the lake, is situated on 2.75 wooded lakefront acres in Rice Lake, WI. It's the perfect spot for family gatherings. Enjoy fishing & kayaking on Lake Montanis or travel 15 miles down the road to the Chetek Chain of Lakes. The area offers year-round attractions and activities. This unique home is unlike anything around and only a 2 minute drive (.5 miles) to the boat landing. Also includes two grills. One gas grill and one blackstone grill.

This is a great place to have a family reunion. Lots to do even on a rainy day. Cole responded to our questions immediately (within minutes of us asking).

This place is absolutely wonderful! It has everything that we were looking for in a family get away. Swimming, boating, fishing, arcade gaming, grilling, card games at the kitchen table, and a pool table! It is nice and secluded for privacy. Yet has a beautiful view of the lake from the kitchen table and is convenient to town. The host was very accommodating. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better is the refrigerator wasn't clean. I'm guessing that it was just an oversight because the rest of the place was very clean.

The stay at the castle was excellent. We did have a dirty microwave , fingerprints , and the laundry was full of beach towels or pool towels. We could smell natural gas.When we were sitting on the patio , but I did direct that to the groundskeeper , and he said he would make sure an investigating. Beautiful setting , beautiful , home , lots of space with thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

We spent a week here with our family and had an absolute blast! The kids loved the game room and pool, while the older kids enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the lake. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy the property. We happened to visit during a very hot week, but after reaching out to the owner, they quickly brought over an additional A/C unit, which made a big difference. The lake views were amazing, and every evening ended with a beautiful sunset. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family getaway!

Our family had an amazing time staying at this property. We rented the pontoon for a day of adventures on the lake. Fishing and swimming were both good. We used the kayaks, billiard table and indoor pool almost everyday. Spacious kitchen was good for cooking our meals. Room configuration was a bit odd. To access the three basement bedrooms one needs to cross through the pool area. It wasn't a problem for us but would be a consideration if you have small children. The spaciousness of the house was great for our large group.

We rented this house for a large family gathering in November and it was GREAT! Lots of room for us to spread out and plenty of bedrooms with multiple beds for each couple/family to have privacy. We really enjoyed having a pool table since that's a family pastime for us, and the large swimming pool was a huge hit for the kids. The living spaces were a bit drafty, probably due to old windows, but the basement and bedrooms were very cozy. We will definitely be rebooking here next year!

had an incredible stay and look forward to coming back! we used the pool a ton and the water was warm which was really important to us. amazing view and property was relaxing, scenic, and quiet but quick to get into town for restaurants, grocery stores, disc golf, etc. cole was very quick to respond to questions. plenty of space in the house and we all slept well and had a great vacation! just one quick note for those that have younger kids is that you do need to pass through the pool (or go outside/through garage) to get to the basement bedrooms. Since we planned for the kids to be in the bunk rooms and the adults to sleep in the master bedrooms, it made us a bit nervous if the kids needed us in the middle of the night that they'd need to go through the pool area so we decided to just have some of the adults stay in the basement bedrooms too and that worked out great for us since there was plenty of room down there.

Fabulous time! The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and it was a perfect set up for the parents to watch and relax while the kids swam. The arcade room also provided hours of entertainment when the kids weren’t swimming. They thoroughly enjoyed the large room with three bunk beds; can’t beat falling asleep to a movie with your friends!The adults had a great time playing pool and we loved the beautiful view off the back patio overlooking the lake. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores and a pumpkin patch which was an added bonus. The house had a unique design, plenty of separate sleeping areas, and was very clean. Checking in and out was a breeze and host Cole was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend for a fun getaway!

Our stay at The Castle was absolutely incredible. The home is massive, beautifully designed, and packed with everything you could want for a fun, relaxing trip. The indoor pool was a total highlight; warm, clean, and perfect for both kids and adults. The arcade room kept everyone entertained for hours, and the amount of space throughout the house made it easy for our whole group to spread out and enjoy themselves.The outdoor area is just as impressive. The dock is stunning, with peaceful views and easy access to the water, and the stairs leading down to it are well‑built and scenic. It felt like our own private lakeside retreat.The hosts were amazing, friendly, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about every detail. You can tell they really care about making the experience special.We would absolutely stay here again. This house was fabulous for a large family gathering to celebrate Grandma's birthday. We had kids from ages 5-17 and they ALL loved the pool and the arcade. The house was perfect for our big group. The pool was warm and very accurate from the pictures - sometimes the pools are smaller than the pictures portray - but this was perfect for our group! The owner was fabulous to work with and responded to all questions within a few hours. I would highly recommend this house.

There was plenty of space for all 11 of us. The pool was amazing. Best thing was no hassle cleaning everything up and vacuuming before we left just had to take garbage out and put towels on the floor.

This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The property is unique and offers so many things to do. While our nearly 3 acre lot is relatively private, we do ask that our guests respect our wonderful neighbors.

This lakefront beauty boasts a large commercial-grade indoor swimming pool. If that wasn't enough for the family, there is a retro arcade room complete with back light bowling alley carpet and numerous games you can play for free! Having 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allows for multiple couples, families, etc. to share a vacation together and make lasting memories in our very unique home.
