Lovely Property
The condo is nicely updated and clean. The condo complex itself was very well maintained and the landscaping was lovely. The proximity to the beach was excellent and the pools were clean and refreshing.
Our overall impression, is that the condo complex is geared toward an "older" crowd. There appeared to be quite a few families and younger couples renting there, however, the rules at the pool were somewhat stifling. For instance, no pool floats or inflatables are allowed. Yes, you can go to the beach and do what you want, but we had several days of scattered rain when we felt best lounging at the pool, close to the condo, so we could get out of the rain quickly if need be. I wanted to mention this in case anyone reading this had children and expects a "freer" environment.
Lastly, though our unit was clean and updated, it was cluttered with the owners' decorative pieces so that it was difficult to utilize bathroom shelving and other areas in the bedrooms. Also, the closet in the bunk bedroom had a lot of children's items stored in it making it difficult to hang clothing and store luggage (my mother came to stay with us over our last weekend there and she used that room).
Overall, it's a really nice place, and we enjoyed our stay.
