Nestled among a championship golf course, Pili Mai is set in an ideal location on the island of Kauai’s south shore in Poipu Beach. This is Kauai's newest resort development and has a choice of two, three, and four bedroom luxury condominiums.

This central Poipu location offers ocean, golf course, and mountain views and is within walking distance to additional dining, shopping, and entertainment at Poipu Shopping Village and a short distance to world famous Poipu Beach.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Very good location the host was very helpful and everything was ready before we arrived overall it was a very good experience and we enjoyed our stay. The unit is very close to shopping and restaurants. Everything is walkable.

Clean and spacious in paradise

Nice Stay, Good Location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. As others have mentioned, the parking situation for this particular unit is not ideal given the curved driveway. Also, you can hear other guests walking in the unit above you. The unit itself was very spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans and utensils - everything you needed to make a meal. Communication during our stay was very quick and helpful.

Amazing

We stayed for a week. This was our first time on the island and it was amazing. Enough room for the 4 of us to rest comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, pots, pans, utensils. The pool is about a 2-3 minute walk. We found backing into the parking spot was the best option. We will be back.

Lovely Place!

This home was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The home was very comfortable and spacious. There is a powder room not attached to the bedrooms which is nice. BONUS: The garage! It was a perfect place to keep all of our gear. The house has several beach chairs and an extra large cooler. There are even ice packs in the freezer! Parking is easy in the sense you can park in front of the house. However, the driveway is curved and blocked with a short lava rock wall. I recommend you back into the spot. We were very happy our rental had a backup camera! My only complaint is the cleaners use some sort of oil on the beautiful bamboo floors, making them very slippery - even with bare feet! I would stay here again. It was wonderful! Mahalo!!!

Nice stay in Poipu/Koaloa

The location is perfect. You can walk to a few restaurant and coffee options at the nearby shopping center and the local beaches are nearby. We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was very clean and looked like the pictures. There is nice spacing between the bedrooms for two couples. Lots of beach day items in the garage were appreciated. There were a few issues though. It's a bit noisy. You will hear every footstep from upstairs. There is also some noise from the nearby roadway and air conditioners turning on and off. The pictures in the listing show a tv in each bedroom, however neither of those tvs is hooked up to any kind of input. This was a major issue for us as one person in our party really likes to watch tv, but with only the main tv connected he took over the entire living space and annoyed the rest of us. What is the point of having additional tvs if there is no cable or anything else connected. We had some trouble with the oven turning off anytime we opened it to check on something. The oven control would flash an error and then turn off. We didn't use it much but did manage to overcook some food because of it. The parking for this unit is in front of the garage. During our stay the upstairs neighbor had 2 cars parked in front of their garage which made it almost impossible to back out as it's a curved driveway with a rock wall on one side. Notified management but kept happening.

Mahalo William for your review and comments. It sounds like your neighbors were not very respectful of condo living. We did contact their management company regarding the cars blocking you in. We are sorry that it continued to happen. The televisions should have been connected to a cable box. We would have come out to fix that for you if we had known. The same goes for the oven. It should not turn off that way, and we will definitely have it looked at and repaired. In the future, if something doesn't seem correct, please don't hesitate to contact us. We want to be sure you have the most enjoyable stay possible. We hope to host you again next year.
