Adorable space so close to the ocean

Wonderful stay! The space is exactly as described and pictured. Jo-Anne is a terrific host, so warm and welcoming! The AC cools off the whole space, and it really is just a few steps from the ocean. Great stay!

Pretty cozy place

Great place for two people nice little kitchen very clean not noisy very close access to the beach. Space management people were very friendly and very helpful would absolutely recommend this for a couple

Three words. Location, Location and Location. Very quiet and safe area. Five miles to Hampton Beach and three blocks to adult and children fun. Restaurants were great. The beach was beautiful. Scott and Joanne were great hosts and very friendly. Nothing fancy but meets all your needs. Would definitely visit again.

Steps from Beach - Slice of Paradise!

This was the perfect gem for my kids (5 and 6) and I to stay for a week away. The beach is steps away, no need to cross the street, quiet at night, with very friendly neighbors. Beach was perfect, center was only a 5 minute walk, and we spent the week walking the beach, sunbathing, and enjoying the sound of crashing waves at night. We’ll definitely be back again!

Cozy digs in a convenient location steps from the beach.

Ideal location walking steps from the beach and center. Parking is only an issue if you have more than one car. If you are travelling from out of town make arrangements to have linens and towels provided for your stay. Owner Joann was very receptive when issues were brought to her attention and they were quickly rectified. If you are 6'3" or taller, mind the low ceilings with ceiling fans and doorways!

Wonderful Owners

I had a wonderful stay. The venue is small as advertised but just steps from the beach which is beautiful and clean. It's about a 3 minute walk from the downtown area and not far from any of the amenities you might need. Owners provide beach chairs and beach umbrella. There's a window ac unit which is enough for the entire place. I was there when it was a hundred degrees outside and the inside was fine. It's a great place for a couple. It is connected to another unit so you hear a little bit of those around you but nothing to disturb your stay. Scott and jo Anne did everything to be accommodating for me. I would stay here again if I were visiting northeast Massachusetts.

It was at the perfect location, quiet the way i like it

I had a nice place to stay on the beach. Clean quiet, friendly people. Close enough, but not close enough to the center if you had to bring kids. My overall experience is a 10. I would do it again next year.

Comfy little place on the beach

This was our third or fourth time renting here, and my wife and I love staying here. The whole place is super clean, which is a big positive for us, and it's got everything you need for a week at the beach - bedroom, kitchen, living room, 3/4 bathroom, your own grill, and even a clothesline and beach chairs for use. The window A/C unit does a pretty good job of cooling the whole place down and is really nice when we go to sleep for the night. Overall, it's a very comfortable apartment style rental that's perfect for you and your SO.
