Récemment rénové 2 BR Beach House - À quelques pas de la plage!

Notre escapade sur la plage récemment rénovée de 2 chambres à coucher est idéalement située à une rue de la belle plage de Salisbury et à seulement deux pâtés de maisons des bars, des restaurants, des arcades et des karts au Salisbury Beach Centre.

L'appartement situé au 1er étage peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes avec un lit queen size, un lit superposé double et un canapé-lit. Cet appartement décloisonné comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes et une cuisinière à gaz. Il comprend des unités de climatisation murale, une place de parking gratuite, un gril à gaz et une douche extérieure chaud / froid.

Ce condo est un court trajet en voiture de Hampton Beach, une ville de villégiature de premier choix dans le New Hampshire, qui propose une grande variété d'activités pour tous les âges (concerts en soirée, salles de jeux électroniques, restaurants, mini-golf, activités nautiques, feux d'artifice, etc.). le top 3 des plages les plus propres des États-Unis Les villes balnéaires pittoresques de Newburyport, dans le Massachusetts, et de Portsmouth, dans le New Hampshire, ainsi que les magasins d'usine dans la belle ville de Kittery, M. Great Stay- Can't wait to return!

We had a great stay for a wedding that weekend. Super easy to find and in a very convenient spot to walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants! We love that it is a dog friendly spot so that next time we can bring our pup! Thanks for a great weekend getaway.

Nice little beach house

Hi, This nice little two bedroom apartment is just a few hundred yards from the beach entrance. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable.

Perfect little get away

Very clean, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the pier area. More than enough space for a family. Mike was very responsive quickly which made it smooth.

Great Getaway!

Last minute plan to hit the beach and I wasn't disappointed! Access to the beach is just across the way, the unit is very clean , well stocked and the homeowner was quick to respond and very accommodating. Definitely on my list to go back again. Thanks Mike

Family Beach Fun

I was here decades ago when it was less developed. The beach is still terrific, but the houses are built on top of each other, some new, some neglected. The place we stayed in was modernized and clean, and the owner was very attentive.

I could not have been happier with this rental. The communication was superb. The parking for the property was clearly marked. This is a pet friendly rental and honestly I was absolutely SHOCKED it did not smell and the unit was so clean. I did not see ONE bug inside. Almost hate to boast about this place so I can horde it for myself hahaha. I will happily reach out to rent this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place!

This house is great. Short walk to the beach, close enough to the strip, but far enough away to not be overwhelmed with noise and people. The house is so cute. Its open and clean and new and has plenty of space to feel completely comfortable and relaxed. We enjoyed staying here so much and plan to do it again next summer! Michael was easy to get ahold of and very nice and quick to respond to anything we asked. Couldnt be happier!

Short Walk to the Beach

I was traveling with my mother-in-law who has mobility issues and I was concerned about accessibility. The owner immediately responded that there was easy access in the front of the house. She had no problem getting in or out. The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect, Cozy, Pet/Kid-Friendly Getaway

We rented this unit for almost 2 weeks during my stepdaughters Spring Break. I literally have 0 complaints. After our initial reservation elsewhere cancelled the day before or so, Michael came through in a pinch. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed. A very short walk to the beach and we appreciated (and so did our pups) it being dog-friendly. Host was responsive and helpful EVEN WHEN we had a mix up in our check out date (due completely my error). Perfect spot for a chill stay with our daughter.

It was over priced for the property people up stairs were loud no hot water property was dirty floors needed cleaning junk piled up around property THIS SHOULD BE A 1400. DOLLAR PROPERTY

Hey Keith. Thank you for the feedback and so sorry your stay didn’t meet up to expectations. Since this review, we decided to check-out the property and we found the hot water to be working fine. I’m unsure what you a referencing in regards to the junk (possibly the neighbors as they are redoing their HVAC?). I wish you had reached out during your stay as we would have been more than happy to address any of your concerns. We are just a short drive away. In any event, we do appreciate all feedback and will try to use this to better the experience for our future guests.

Looks just like the pictures!

What you see is what you get! We rented both units for my sisters wedding. This place was perfect. A street back from the chaos of the beach traffic but less than a 2 minute walk to get on the beach. You really can't beat this price for what you get! I was surprised how well stocked the place was, cooking utensils, dish-ware, ironing board, toilet paper. All seems common sense but none of the places I've stayed in my 10+ years at Salisbury have been this well equipped. I was cautious with a last minute notice of change in ownership but Mike was great! He let me know my place was ready well before the 4pm checkin. I definitely plan on returning next year!

Emplacement idéal !

L'endroit convient très bien pour une famille de 4. Vous y trouverez tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, c'est bien équipé. C'est à 2 minutes de marche de la plage, à 5 minutes de marche des restaurants et de l'arcade. Le propriétaire a mis à notre disposition des chaises de plage, une glacière et un parasol, ce qui était très apprécié. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé pour profiter de la plage, mais il y a aussi des choses à visiter tout près. Les communications sont très faciles, il répond à ses messages très rapidement. Toutes ses indications étaient claires, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

The property was exactly as described! Very clean, and close to beach access! Our first trip with our dogs, so this was perfect for all of us! Thank you for providing bedding and towels. Keyless access is great too!

Perfect stay

We had an amazing week at this property with our two little kids. Plenty of room for all of us and a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Only a 10 minute walk to the center. The property manager was so friendly and answered all of our questions whenever we had any. We'll definitely be back.

Salisbury Beach Rental

We found the house extremely clean. Everything we needed was provided: bedding, towels, kitchen and cooking items. Easy walk one street over from the beach. Would rent here again.

Convenient Beach Cottage

This cottage was within 2 blocks of the beach. It was easy to walk to the beach and the few restaurants in the area. It's a nice, sandy beach that isn't overcrowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway in a sleepy beach town

We arrived to a clean, tidy & adorable property. The bed was super comfy. It was located 1 block from the beach and was very walkable to the small downtown. When we realized the small cooler was missing, the property manager went out of his way to bring one to us for the beach. Mike was exceptional with communication. Would recommend for a couple or small family. Enjoy!
