Cette grande maison de ville offre un golfe du Mexique vue dégagée de l'avant et un coucher de soleil vue de Santa Rosa sonore de l'arriÚre. «Sea Breeze» est impeccablement propre et fraßche et est décoré professionnellement avec un mobilier de qualité, des fournitures et des draps. Moins de 250 pieds de la plage, le Sea Breeze est directement en face du boulevard du Golfe à partir d'un accÚs à la plage publique. Balcons hors chaque chambre étendent la vue cÎtiÚre encore plus. Une grande vacances en famille vous attend dans le mieux gardé secret-Navarre Beach en Floride.

2200 pieds carrés de Sea Breeze dispose de trois chambres et trois salles de bains ainsi que sur trois niveaux. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et un grand dressing et salle de bains principale bains avec baignoire à remous. Une deuxiÚme chambre à l'étage inférieur a un lit king-size. La troisiÚme chambre est conçue comme une chambre familiale avec deux lits queen-size. Un lit futon convertible en taille réelle est dans la salle de bonus. Les fournitures de literie pour le futon sont situées dans le placard Queen BR. Le tout combiné, Sea Breeze peut accueillir huit personnes confortablement. L'occupation maximale est de 10.

Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e comprend un garage en tantale (deux derriĂšre l’autre) pour deux voitures, facile d’accĂšs et sĂ©curisĂ©. 2 places de parking sont disponibles Ă  l'extĂ©rieur prĂšs de l'entrĂ©e du foyer.
Des places de stationnement supplĂ©mentaires pour les voitures ou les bateaux et les remorques sont Ă  150 pieds au coin d’Indiana Street et de White Sands Blvd.

Le hall d'entrée est un endroit idéal pour ranger les jouets et serviettes de plage. Le salon principal est d'un niveau et dispose d'une grande salle (cuisine, salle familiale, plus à manger) avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe. Une des chambres doubles et un bain est à cet étage. Le niveau supérieur comprend la chambre principale et la salle de bain, la chambre familiale avec 2 lits queen-size, une chambre supplémentaire avec un futon taille lit et une troisiÚme salle de bain complÚte.

Amazing stay at Navarre Beach!

Home was really nice, super clean and well stocked with lots of fun beach items! Thomas was amazing! Check in and out process was so simple, no issues at all. Highly recommend this property and me and my family will definitely be back. Super easy access to the beach and pier and restaurants! We all hated to leave!

We had a blast on the beach. The men took a day and went deep sea fishing while the kids stayed at the beach. This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. The owner was great and the place was set up for family fun.

Great Location and awesome property

This location is right across the beach from the condo. the property was very clean and spacious. I would say that this location has more cooking equipment than anywhere I have stayed. They also have tons of beach stuff you can use! I highly recommend this location and plan to come back!

Annual beach trip

Really nice location and house. A short walk across the street to the beach, plenty of space available. Bike/ walking trail right outside the house as well The home itself is exactly as described. Plenty of space, well stocked and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Superb location and everything you need

Excellent communication throughout. Location is superb with an empty lot at an angle across street with view of the ocean. Well stocked with all your beach needs. Bring a towel, drinks and snacks and hit the beach in a quick minute with a walkway just across the street. Go and enjoy!

Great week at Navarre

We had a great week at Sea Breeze. House is incredibly well stocked for chairs, beach equipment and even though we brought our own we could have left those at home! To my son's delight there was a beach fishing cart that we used every day. The house itself was clean and had plenty of initial supplies to get you started for your week. Can't wait to stay again.

A beautiful beach house with a great location!

My family and I had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated beach house. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults and 4 grandkids. I loved that everyone had their own bathroom and also their own balcony to enjoy! The owner, Tom, has made every effort to accommodate any need you may have while staying here. The kitchen is great and has everything you need to cook some great meals. There is beach chairs, ping pong table, a grill, games, and beach toys for the kids. There really is no need to bring much of anything with you because it’s all there waiting on you. The bottom floor is a garage, which is so great to have to just bring your things in from the beach and drop off. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break 2024

This was a great place to stay for our 7th trip to Navarre for spring break. We had almost everything we needed and the owners were pretty quick to respond to our questions. There was a lot of beach stuff to use including great wagons to get it to the perfect beach spot! In addition there is a ping pong table, darts, and corn hole to play while cooking up fresh fish on the grill. The home is right across from the beach, which was very convenient with a baby who naps a lot or when you need to use the bathroom. We did give this property an overall rating because we needed to bring our own beach towels (7 total), as well as a travel crib for our grand baby. Some of us drive and some fly from Nebraska and Colorado so these items take up a lot of our car space or checked luggage allowance. If you’re not tight on room or flight budgets can provide extra checked items you’ll be golden! We did have a great stay and this was a great place to stay in!

Great Place Near The Beach

Our vacation at this beach house was great. It is a quick walk across a non-busy road for the beach access. The house was clean and any issues that arose, the manager took care of quickly. It was a great vacation all together and we will be back I am sure.

Seabreeze Stay

We had a really awesome time at Seabreeze. I loved the fact it was equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, ping pong table and corn hole. There was also buckets and shovels for smaller kids. The garage was a nice hang out in the evening and a great place to workout in. I also enjoyed one of the bikes that were there. There was both a gas and charcoal grills which was great for grilling hamburgers. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook with. The whole unit was very clean upon our arrival. We were very excited that we just had to walk across the street to the beach as there was an access point. We will definitely keep Seabreeze on our list for our next visit.

Weekend Cheer Competition

Our mom/daughter cheer competition brought us to Navarre and we loved the location of the condo. There was plenty of room of all of us an easy beach access right across the street. Unfortunately it rained during most of our trip but the downstairs ping pong table and rec room saved the day! This condo has all the extras you may need... beach chairs, board games, TVs in every room and plenty of hot water, with 4 girls and 3 moms getting ready at the same time this was great!

Wonderful property!

The property was just as beautiful as in the pictures. It was extremely clean and very spacious! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. It was in a quiet area and just steps to the beach. The owner provided beach chairs and beach toys and there was plenty of games for the rainy evening we spent inside. We had a terrific time and will definitely rent this property if we return to the Navarre Beach area.

Awesome, once again

This was a second stay & everything was awesome once again. The house has been updated, with new paint & furniture, since we were there in Nov 2020. Location is wonderful, enough room for everyone to spread out, and the kids loved the pingpong table & other games in the garage. Great place!

Excellent Townhouse- With Excellent Owners

I cant say enough great things about this place. From the owners to the place itself- We had a fantastic time at this beach house for the 3rd time!! This townhouse is just steps to the beach! We all absolutely had a blast! The townhouse was absolutely perfect and very spacious. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do as well- ping pong, darts, bikes and bags. We would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for allowing us to use your townhouse and helping make our vacation one to remember.

We enjoyed the house and the beach was spectacular!! The house was perfect for my family with three kids as well as my friends family with her three kids! We wish there was a pool since the ocean was cold but I would be willing to stay there again :) Tom was great and always responded fast to any questions I had!
