Here we are again at our favorite place to stay. Homey, artistic, and peaceful with the best fenced-in backyard for a dog. Beautifully landscaped. The hummingbirds have a ball. And when the sun goes down, you enjoy the dancing of the colorful lights over the backyard. So much fun!!

This is great little spot! Cozy and comfortable, the yard is amazing humming birds and flowers everywhere very convenient to all of Grand Junction and the national monument. Julie was very accommodating helped us get into the property late night for the check-in with highly recommend. if you’re looking for a great spot conveniently located to all the fun that Grand Junction has the offer Cottonwood Casa is your spot and Julie is your girl!

Dirty Cabin

While Julie was super nice, she never provided any check-in or check out instructions or details. She greeted us when we arrived and was around each day, which as a VRBO, I thought was not a thing. She lives two houses down. The cabin itself was not clean. Upon arrival, I spent a couple hours wiping everything down, when we went to go to bed, we discovered the sheets had not been washed. So I spent the entire second day washing beds. They smelled of dirty hair and sweat. The neighbor's dog barks all evening and into the night.

Perfect in every way!

This stay was exactly what we were looking for—what we needed. My parents live 2.5 miles from this location making it super convenient. Also, a HUGE bonus is her love for dogs. Our dog LOVED her back yard. We LOVED her back yard. This place has character and atmosphere like no other. Julie has everything there you need for a cozy and relaxing stay!

Third time we've stayed here to participate in the Western CO agility trial. Julia is great, and the home is very comfortable and charming. Dog friendly, too!

Lovely Place to Stay

Julia (host) was there to meet us - we had our Golden Retriever with us, and she also liked Julia right away! The yard was fenced, and BONUS, there was a doggie door for her to go in and out. The house was clean, and had everything we needed - great location, too - all in all a lovely place to stay!

Great Monument Base

Fully equipped house with a very pleasant big backyard, in a peaceful, semi-rural area. I especially appreciated being so near Monument Road, and the little shopping mall with Safeway, gas, and other services. Julie is a very kind, gracious and accommodating host. I'm so glad I got to meet her and stay with her!

Relaxing Family Time

Had such a great time. Property manager was not only two houses away from us but extremely responsive if we needed anything. The house was amazing, great yard with an awesome tree swing and relaxing enough we just wanted to permanently stay. Will definitely stay there again

Overall it worked well. Cute yard. Love that it is fenced, my dog loves to run and play. The most items I've ever seen for use in a kitchen in a rental. Wonderful. It was good.

So cute!

Such a cute little house. The kids and dog loved the backyard and tree swing. Our host was very responsive and available for questions. We had plenty of space for a family of five. The only feedback I would offer is treat for spiders if possible. Its that time of year and we found several little guests hanging out with us.

Great location

The house had a great backyard for our dog. It was close to the mountain bike trails and store. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Grand Junction.

After I get the home clean and ready, I like to work on the yards, I pull weeds, dead head, plant new plants and try and water well so I won't have to bother our friends that are staying. I do need to change out the humming bird feeders daily as I love our hummers and would hate to get them sick by leaving old juice, during humming bird season. (April-October). I love classic Chevy's, which I have parked at the casa! Yes they all run!
