Bel appartement de la vieille ville dans un endroit attrayant


L'appartement de 2 pièces avec une grande cuisine mesure 80 m². Il est situé dans le quartier de Vrsovice, juste à côté du quartier de Vinohrady, à côté d'un magnifique parc. La connexion au centre-ville est idéale. L'arrêt de tramway est à seulement 3 minutes de l'appartement et vous pouvez vous rendre directement au centre historique de Prague en 15 minutes. Le métro de Prague est également accessible en quelques minutes à pied. L'appartement est au 4ème étage, il y a un ascenseur. Jusqu'à 5 personnes peuvent séjourner dans l'appartement.
Le coût par nuit jusqu'à 2 personnes est de 60-80 euros. Chaque personne supplémentaire paie 25 euros par nuit. Les chiens, maximum 2, sont les bienvenus.

We absolutely love the accommodation! The bonus powder room with toilet was an absolute blessing and I think it should be stated in the listing. Lenka was our property manager and extremely communicative. We would absolutely stay there again if we are ever back in Prague. The location was great for getting around. There are excellent breakfast opportunities close by. The place was super clean. The washer and dryer were an absolute blessing on a long International trip.

Perfect stay in a lovely neighbourhood

Absolutely huge apartment, very clean, all the necessities. Right by the tram for easy access downtown, and great restaurants and a beautiful park in walking distance, plus groceries close by. We loved our stay!

Anniversary trip

This was an amazing apartment in the heart of Berlin. Our host was phenomenal about keeping in touch and giving us ideas and directions on where to go and what to see. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone going to Berlin!

Close to transit, quiet neighborhood, with shopping. Lovely park at the end of the street, the restaurant there had excellent wine and food with beautiful views of the city.

Very nice apartment in a very nice location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Prague so we did have to see the sites, but we enjoyed the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings just as much. Nice coffee shops and backeries for breakefast. Strolls around the neighborhood in the evenings. And the apartment was perfect for us. Thanks much for a very pleasant stay.

This property is situated in a very nice part of Prague. It is close to the major attractions. The unit is very spacious and quiet with 2 toilets and a washing machine.

Quiet neighborhood, close to tram stop.

Wonderful stay! Conveniently close to tram stop and a very nice coffee/bar (Flat Cafe). Just a few tram stops from the Metro. Getting around was so easy on public transportation that you have no need of a car. Nice, clean, comfortable accommodations.

Lovely flat

The flat is in one of Prague’s old apartment blocks so the rooms are large and airy. It is near to tram stops going into the centre of town.Overall, a great experience in a beautiful city.

Perfect location for a quite few days away

Directly on the beach, this chalet has everything you need. Just be careful if you have a car with low suspension as you will struggle to cope the the dips in the unnamed road leading to the property :-)

Perfect apartment

We loved staying at this apartment. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Situated in a quiet residential area within a short tram ride from the centre of the city. The building has character and the apartment felt spacious and airy with high ceilings and large windows. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was very helpful as was our welcome from his friend Lenka. We would happily stay there again!

Excellent stay in Prague

We had a pretty good experience in communication with the property managers, their responses were timely, accurate and friendly. The apartment was very convenient and lively. We really loved it. Near the apartment we found a good supermarket and excellent beer bars, which added a lot to our overall experience. The environment is very quite with a beautiful garden nearby. The commute to the center was very easy either foot or by tram.

Really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and was close by to both the old and new town. There were good transport links and we got good advice on which taxi services to use. The host was very helpful to point out some attractions that our 15 year old would enjoy and pointed us in the direction of local shops, restaurants and bars.
