This roomy 2 bedroom basement unit is suitable for 7 guests. It is located just a block or two from the Idaho Falls green belt, the LDS Temple, and Melaleuca Field. Perfectly located for launching your day trips to Yellowstone Park, Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole, Craters of the moon, Sun Valley, etc... Furnished with comfort in mind, this spacious home is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with many other amenities, making it perfect for extended stays. Located just 1/4 mile from downtown Idaho falls, where you can enjoy unique shops and restaurants, art galleries, and the museum of Idaho.
We are dog friendly, and just ask that the dogs stay off the furniture (including beds), and we charge a $10 per pet fee to offset extra wear and tear.

Nice location

We did not have off street parking. There was a large van up on blocks where we were supposed to park. The upstairs neighbors are very loud. It sounded like they were dragging chairs across the kitchen at 5 in the morning.

Our Time In Idaho Falls

Check in process was easy, the property was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Idaho Falls.

Pretty good

The house is very clean. The inside of the kitchen cupboards and the fridge could use a wipe down. People who bring fur friends should clean up their poo. We love this rental. We feel safe and comfortable there.

Comfortable, well furnished, kitchen had everything we needed

The property had everything I expected and everything we needed. The beds were quite comfortable, with both thin, soft pillows and firm, thick pillows available. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some easy cooking, and overall our stay was very comfortable. My wife has mild allergy to cats and dogs, and the owner took some extra cleaning steps for us to make sure no pet hair was lying around before we arrived. We didn't see any pet hair, and my wife didn't have any allergies during our stay.

Snacks were great along with being close to places we needed to go to while we were there. We could hear the people upstairs everywhere they walked and they were up way past 2 am. Just when we were trying to sleep we were awoken to walking around and noises from upstairs.

Central Location, close to the Falls

Loved our stay here. We found the location easily, easy to get to, very comfortable. I loved having a living room and kitchen. Beats a hotel stay any day. The beds were comfortable. We made a couple of meals. The TV was great and we were able to watch the Olympics. We were able to bring our dog along. It was nice to have yard access for him. While a basement unit we rarely heard the folks above. We went to bed pretty early and there was no noise. We were only 20 minutes from Bear World (so much fun), we walked to the falls and had dinner on the way, enjoyed the local zoo and aquarium. Only a 2 hour drive to the Grant Tetons which was awesome. Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area again. Great communication and easy access into the house.

It took 30 minutes to get into the property but after we got in, everything was good. There was a nice back yard which was awesome for traveling with two large dogs. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need.

Very homey and great location!

Very cute and comfortable home! It was in a great location for our many adventures while visiting the area! The binder with tips on places to go was very helpful! The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. I hope to stay here again whenever we come back to Idaho Falls!
