**THE INDOOR POOL AND SPAS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR REPAIRS. WE WILL UPDATE AS SOON AS A REOPEN DATE IS ANNOUNCED.** This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at The Summit of Gatlinburg Condos is located 3.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 1.5 miles from Ober Mountain Ski Resort. The unit has been recently remodeled, is a corner unit that offers breathtaking views. The master bedroom has a queen bed with new mattress(4/23), full bath (shower and tub combo) and TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and a sleeper sofa in the living room (which is great for kids). The 2nd bath offers a stall shower, the kitchen is small but fully equipped with standard and Keurig coffee makers, a wood burning fireplace and TV in Living room, there are 2 balconies each with a great view This is a 2nd floor unit in building #7 there are 13 steps to get to building then 2 sets of steps with 8 steps each for a total of 16 steps. There is NO Elevator. This unit does have WIFI. THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW PETS!!If you bring a pet you will be asked to leave with no refund,and a 100.00 per day fine will be accessed on your bill. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Please smoke outside. If you smoke inside, you will be charged a $200 fee. Winter Weather Warning: The elevation at The Summit is above the lodge at nearby Ober Mountain Ski Resort. In case of inclement weather, 4 wheel drive and/or chains are advised. We recommend checking the weather and webcam at Ober Mountain Ski Resort to determine the weather conditions here. The City of Gatlinburg does an excellent job of keeping the roads open in winter, but in case of heavy snowfall, it may take a day or more to make the roads safe for travel. When staying here in the winter, it is advised that you bring extra supplies just in case.

The property is as described. Great communication with check in and no issues while staying there. Great views from the property too. We liked the location and would stay there again.

Had a great time
We spent 4 days over Thanksgiving and had wonderful time. The property suited our needs perfectly. I would not want to have to drive up those hills in inclement weather but it's a fantastic view when you are up there.

Definitely a return visitor!!
The lodging was wonderful. I have no complaints regarding the space, however I would suggest more seating other than the uncomfortable dining table chairs. The view was spectacular and the bear sightings were daily and exciting. Thanks for everything.

Property had a great location. We were approximately 3,300 feet up the side of a mountain. The view was beautiful.
