Nous sommes idéalement situés à 1 mile de l'autoroute 54 sur le lac.

Votre place de parking réservée est juste en face. Marcher 12 marches jusqu'à l'unité et vous avez l'une des meilleures vues du lac sans aucun voisin au-dessus de vous.

Nouveau pour 2018: WiFi et réfrigérateur. Nouveau dans la chambre principale: nouveau matelas, couette et TVHD écran plat. Nouveau carreau de céramique et nouvelle porte de douche dans la salle de bain principale.

Vous allez adorer la belle cheminĂ©e en pierre rustique du sol au plafond avec plafond cathĂ©drale et dĂ©coration de phare. L'unitĂ© a un canapĂ©, une causeuse, un tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD Ă  Ă©cran plat de 42 ', avec DVD et son surround. L'unitĂ© comprend Ă©galement de nouveaux tapis, fenĂȘtres et revĂȘtements de sol.

La grande terrasse est à 50 pieds au-dessus du lac. C'est l'un des meilleurs endroits avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et des couchers de soleil incroyables. La cuisine est entiÚrement meublée avec des appareils, des ustensiles et un gril à gaz extérieur.

La chambre principale a la mĂȘme vue sur le lac et a une porte coulissante sur le pont. La chambre principale a un lit queen size, un dressing et sa propre salle de bain.

La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen et salle de bain complÚte juste à l'extérieur de la chambre. Le canapé se transforme en lit queen. Il y a un matelas gonflable queen. La piscine est idéalement située sous l'unité.

Notre quai de bateau est situé juste en dessous de l'unité et mesure 28 x 11. Apportez votre propre bateau ou louez-en un à proximité. Il existe de nombreux restaurants au bord de l'eau avec une vie nocturne animée.

Indian Pointe est un endroit idéal pour amener votre famille. Nous avons 160 unités avec 3 piscines, courts de tennis, terrain de basket et aire de jeux. Nous sommes à 5 minutes des magasins d'usine.

Nous sommes à 5-10 minutes de 9 terrains de golf de championnat conçus par Arnie Palmer, Robert Trent Jones, Tom Weiskoff et Jack Nicholas, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns, et à 5-10 minutes de plusieurs restaurants et le parc aquatique est à 20 minutes .

Nous nous réjouissons de votre séjour dans notre condo avec la vue Million Dollar pour de nombreuses années à venir.

Everything about our stay was awesome. He made sure we knew how to get to the condo from where we launched. The view from the bedroom and balcony was beautiful. It was great to just pull our boat in the covered slip. This is located right in the middle of all the fun places. The neighbors (Shelly) were very friendly and helpful as well. Everything we needed was there for us, we absolutely overpacked not knowing what to expect. We will definitely be returning soon. It was the perfect, much needed, hassle-free getaway that we needed. If I could give more than 5 stars, i absolutely would. Communication, location, relaxation, clean, all with that spectacular view.

Nice location on the lake with a great view. Too bad the weather didnt cooperate so we could get out in the sun. Quiet location. Close to outlet mall which still has a few great stores. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Ate at Wobbly Boots and JB Hooks for dinner. Great food at both. And check out Stewart's for breakfast.

Great location

Went for a long weekend with family. Have stayed several times and love the location and convenience to bars, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts are incredibly responsive and communicate any changes and pertinent information. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic accommodation and location.

This was our second stay at this location. The kitchen is well stocked. Very clean and well kept. The hosts are quick to respond and generous with the use of the boat slip. Great place!

Host was quick to respond and helpful with information about our stay. Condo was clean with a well stock kitchen. Very comfortable and the view was outstanding. Location was convenient to all one’s needs. Totally a top notch experience.

Great location and property for a relaxing weekend! Nice amenities on site and easy access from the highway also. Very clean and nice condo with a beautiful view of the lake especially in the mornings with a cup of coffee!

Indian Pointe

Very nice condo with an amazing view of the lake! We stayed for 13 days and loved this rental. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners... Steve and Sheryl are very friendly and accomodating, striving to make sure everything is just right! For most of the trip, it was my husband and I. We did have 3 visitors for 5 nights and had no issues with being crowded. The pool is directly below the room, which was nice to keep an eye on the kids. Boat dock is also directly below the room. Lots of steps to the dock, but nothing terrible. There is a lot to do at Indian Pointe, although because we are boaters, we didn't use much of the offerings. Kids loved fishing from the boardwalk!

Our experience here was first rate. From start to finish this condo met or exceeded all our needs! The view from the deck is gorgeous and we spent a lot of time watching the turtle party in the water below us. The pool is steps away from the front door. Everything from good food to sightseeing was all right there. We will be back!

Sunset view is amazing!!

The view is just amazing! The sunset, stunning. You are able to see the boats go by on the main channel. Host was responsive. Waking up/going to sleep with the master literally right on the water was just fabulous. The back deck patio chairs are in need of an update. Screws starting to come through fabric, wobble. Hurt to sit in. Also, they have support beams starting on the bottom floor balconies, going up to the third floor. Our unit was the fourth/top floor. You could see some cracks in the beams/foundation is clearly shifting
 You could feel a slight slant when walking in the unit. A little concerning, but hopefully they have this under control. Overall, a very nice condo. Again, the views are breathtaking in the evening. Pools were okay. Complex is in need of a few updates. A little dated.

Absolutely Perfect!

This is a GREAT property to stay at! Owners have done a great job at being able to just walk in and enjoy the lake life. Outstanding views, especially at sunset. Literally a few steps from the pool, yet completely quiet and peaceful. Can't recommend this place enough!
