The trash cans are overflowing and everything is dirty. To confirm my words, I can provide videos and photos. The owner does not check calls and messages. Vrbo customer service left a message about the problems within 24 hours.I could not stay in this terrible place after a difficult trip and was forced to close the house and go to a hotel. In this regard, I demand a refund, despite the fact that it is impossible to make a refund to my account. If you decide that income from funds is impossible for me for this reason, please provide me with an official refusal. The refusal to live in this place was not my fault, but the fault of the owner. I incurred additional expenses and wasted time due to his fault.
