Moving to the second level, the first upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed with en suite bathroom and the third bedroom with two twin beds and a half bath shared with the upstairs hallway.

As you enter the home you are greeted by gorgeous and bright natural light vaulted ceilings with an open concept kitchen, living and dining area. There is a wraparound sundeck with patio chairs and rockers for hanging out and viewing the island surroundings. There is plenty of comfy seating for everyone to enjoy visiting and relaxing. A great kitchen and bar area for cooking up your favorite seafood dinner with some local fresh catches. Wake up and brew a cup of coffee or tea as you read the morning news with the sounds of island wildlife in the background. Four smart TVs are also included for your entertainment. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
