This house is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes to Deerfield Towne Center, I-71, I-275 West Chester, shopping, and lots of restaurants, Great Wolf Lodge, and Loveland trails

This house is in a family friendly neighborhood where the neighbors all know each other, and you can hear kids playing basketball.

Our house is thoughtfully designed for you with quality, comfortable furniture and 100% cotton sheets, duvets, and towels. 100% organic cotton duvets are made without pesticides so it's healthier for you and the environment.

1st floor and master bathroom have motorized shades from HunterDouglas, so please use remotes to open and close the room darkening blinds.

Check in & Security:
There is a self check in keypad at the door with Ring doorbell for your security.

House Layout:

The main level has a cozy office area and an open concept dining, living, and kitchen that are great for your family and loved ones! The kitchen includes Instant Pot and hard anodized cookware.
The half bath and laundry room (NEW LG washer & dryer) are both on the main level.

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms - the master with a King sized bed, 2 bedrooms with Queen sized bed, and 1 room with a Full sized bed.
There are 2 bathrooms on 2nd floor. Master bath has heated floors and a big soaking tub.

The lower level has 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a living room with 55in smart TV, and a pool table area.

Outdoor area has cushioned seating + outdoor dining! It's a great space to spend time with family & kids.

Amenities:
All beds are memory foam mattress for a comfortable night's sleep.

bathroom - Charmin, Pantene/Head & Shoulders shampoo and Olay/Dove body wash
kitchen - Dawn, Bounty, Cascade, & Keurig Starbucks k-cups
all sheets washed in Tide and we provide Tide detergent in the laundry room area for your stay

Fast 500Mbps Internet with wifi extender throughout the house & 55" Smart TV in the living room & lower level

Fireplace is not available for use.

Parking is in the driveway or in the garage. You will have access to the entire house.

Other Notes:
For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay with us.

The security deposit is not charged up front. It is only charged if there are damages after the stay and we will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.

Car is best way to get around, and there is plenty of parking! You won't need to drive far to get to Kings Island, Great Wolf Lodge, restaurants, and even West Chester.

For families looking for long term stays, this house is in Mason school district.

The backyard does not have a fence.

No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds.

No shoes inside on the carpet. Any stains will incur $300 carpet cleaning fee.

Strict early check in and late check out fees apply. Please coordinate ahead of time. Otherwise, $50/30 min late fee will be charged. Thanks!
