I really loved all of the amenities of this property as well as the cozy interior. The decor was a step up from the average rental. There were a lot of convenient things like being able to use streaming services as a guest instead of logging into everything. The location was nice and convenient for us, check in was easy, and the host is a good communicator. The only thing I struggled with was the constant loud traffic and headlights shining in the windows since there were only blinds (no curtains.) If you’re a light sleeper, bring a mask for your eyes. One room has a white noise machine but the other doesn’t so you might want to get a white noise app for your phone too.

I loved that the apartment was minutes from downtown and had lots of places around to eat and get some groceries. It's a nice, quiet and quaint neighborhood. We stayed from a Thursday - Sunday to go to the Reds games. However, the a/c unit was very loud that we couldn't hear ourselves when speaking or could hear the TV even when we had the volume all the way up. Very annoying. Unfortunately, we too, came across some bugs in the bathroom as well. We couldn't use the laundry room because the dryer wasn't working (we got soaked returning from a Reds game cause it was raining) and had to take our wet clothes with us. Full disclosure, I didn't contact the owner about the dryer because we were leaving the following day, and it was late at night. Lastly, I did LOVE the small office area setup with it's own door for privacy. I am self-employed and work virtually and I was able to still get some work done without worrying about any interruptions or someone walking behind me.

Clean and Comfy

Clean, comfortable, and decorated with a mid-century modern vibe. Located in a great area with plenty of excellent food and shopping choices. Parking available right outside your door, although finding the driveway at night was a bit tricky with no street lights. Quiet neighbors, but busier than expected street noise. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Stay

Overall, it was a nice property. The only thing I would warn guests about is the sound of the air conditioner. When the A/C was on, it was hard to hear the TV or have conversations with people if you're in the living room. It is possible we did not run the A/C correctly, and in full disclosure, I did not contact the owner about this so maybe there was something that could have been done. He was responsive so if there was something to be done, I'm guessing he would have done his best to do it.

Fantastic Visit

We stayed for a few days while we visited Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. The property was in a great location. We were less than 15 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo, Aquarium, and the hospital. I was very happy to have a driveway off the road to park in.The space was very clean and offered a stocked kitchen and an open living room for our kids to play and crawl around. The kids were able to have their own room and I was able to work from the built-in office. We will be returning to this property whenever we need to visit Cincinnati.

Great Stay

Weekend in Cincinnati with friends. Place was clean. Bedrooms were very nice. Pullout couch was a plus. Very clean and owner was very communicative through the weekend.

Exceptional hosts

Easy check-in, and the unit felt more comfortable than I thought it would be. There were a couple things missing - most importantly, a coffee grinder -- and host arranged for an Amazon delivery the next morning. We had to extend our stay a few days because of a medical situation and happily the unit was available. Cincy had a 12" snowfall and the host not only shoveled immediately but also cleaned the snow off our car. They went "above and beyond". Location is great, with a wide variety of good shopping nearby, including a bakery that makes the best croissants I have ever tasted.
