Located in a calm and quite neighborhood, La Casita offers an open living area with a gorgeous kitchen, large dining table and spacious environment.

Renovated in July 2021, La Casita has a new and luxury bathroom with walk in shower, each bedroom is beautifully decorated and furnish with elegance, A 44” TV and a spacious closet will make your stay unique.

For the work travelers, we have include in each bedroom a work area with a desk and high speed internet.

Private free parking space in front of La Casita is another if our assets.

This Location is perfect for tourism as it is 5’ from Little Havana and just 10’ from Brickell. Also, Marlins fans can walk to the stadium, La Casita is only 2 Block from the Stadium.

Beaches, Airport and Health District are only minutes away.

My stay here wasn’t so bad but if you want more privacy and gate in property this is not the place

This property don’t have a proper parking on the property the little small parking is only for a small vehicle so if you have a big vehicle you have to park on the road and if you traveling with kids this home is not all that safe because it’s right beside the road, and it’s not easy to reach property manager, but other than that it was ok

Hi Keyanna, When guests stay in a house it is understood it has a road in front, because that is exactly where the house entrance is, if you were looking for a gated community, they are rarely found in Miami and the few are non VRBO available because the law here forbids short term. You called me and texted me daily and within minutes I answered all your concerns, please do not falsely review your stay, not this, not other in the future. The entire house was what you rented and it has 3 parking spots, two in the front of the house (street) and another one on the left driveway. You wanted full money back because you changed your mind to stay in a hotel, as you told me when you checked in, and because I couldn’t return your booking you were uncomfortable. I am very sorry you wanted a gated community but that is not what you booked, instead I deliver a new entire house, new furniture and luxury decor, and you returned my new white sofa completely dirty and needed to steam cleaning asap, it is noted in the house rules that I could charge you, but instead I didn’t. Thank you, Mercedes

2 weeks in Little Havana

The property is well located in Little Havana. We stayed for two weeks and the washing machine was not working. It was a problem because we were a family of four and brought little clothes. We were disappointed because the only solution provided to us by the host was for us to bring our clothes to a cleaner and pay 20$. When we arrived there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. The host did not provide these items until a couple of days later. The kitchen could have been better equipped. There was no toaster, dishwashing rack, can opener, oil, salt and pepper. But overall, we had a good time in that house.

We are very sorry that the washing machine broke, we informed you that as we don’t manage the service of General Electric there was nothing we could do to advance the technician visit. What we could offer is the recommendation of the closest and best place for a Wash & Fold service for a great fee. Your reservation didn’t include the extra guest that has a price of $50/night, therefor the sofa-bed was not prepared accordingly. Nevertheless, we facilitated the sheet set for the extra guest the same day, each room is equipped with comforters and 4 pillows per bed, also, the house had an extra blanket and pillows in one of the closets, that in your review you mistakenly forgot to remember. When you requested a second blanket for the sofa-bed the maid delivered it to you the next day. The toaster is forbidden in the home insurance, when you noted the need of a toaster, we recommended to use the broil of the oven that works exactly for the same use. All cooking ingredients are responsibility of the guest. Said that, we went beyond our hosting responsibilities to serve your demands. Please note we will invoice the extra guest fee in the following dates.

Absolutely loved this place! Communication was easy and replied in a timely manner. Neighborhood is quiet and close to many things to do around the area. Easy parking if you have a car. Really enjoyed my stay here, I would highly recommend!

A little gem around the area!

We stayed here for our little getaway trip with our friends and to enjoy a wedding, the place was outstanding, Mercedes was an increible host! The little casita is close to basically everything! I highly recommend.

Very nice/ clean

House was very easy to get to from Miami airport. Very nice and clean. Owner super responsive, sweet and easy with accommodating. Had a few dishes to use and very clean fridge to store our drinks. The AC unit worked so well in the Miami heat, but it was a bit loud. The house and community is very quiet so it was fully understandable. Just noting here in case that may be a problem for anyone (was not for us). Overall 9/10 stay!

Little Casita with a lot to offer

This newly renovated 2 bedroom home is lovely inside! Tastefully decorated with brand new furniture, linens, dishes, and accessories that lend an airy, relaxed feel to the spaces, my family of four was very comfortable here. The pullout sofa bed was actually truly comfortable, the best I've ever slept on. Once all of the renovations are completed, this casita with be practically perfect! A minor issue created a need to communicate with the owner, who was very prompt, helpful, and patient with her responses. One factor that might be good to know before booking is that the shared washer and dryer at the rear of the property means that neighbors are just outside of windows and doors when they use the laundry. This was a bit startling when it first happened, but once we knew there was no reason for concern, all was well.
