PARKING: Maximum of cars that can park in the driveway are 3. Street parking is available at no cost but it is not guaranteed.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Free high speed WiFi (500mb) and 3 Smart TV's for your streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube. Iron and ironing board, bed sheets, linens, towels, hand soap, plates, silverware, glassware, coffee station, propane provided for BBQ grill, central AC and washer and dryer inside.

Other Things To Know:

EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE, depending on the vacancy and must be requested and approved in advance.

Late check-outs not scheduled or approved beforehand will incur in an additional fee of $100 after 30 minutes, and will increase $10 for every 5 extra minutes.

Property has an in-law quarters with separate entrance and no access to house. The in-law quarter does not interconnect with house. Guest staying at the in-laws quarters have no access to backyard or common areas. Backyard is completely private for guest staying in the house.

**If you would like a decoration for a bachelorette, birthday etc.. please notify host with details and a price will be provided for additional service.

We provide a full tank of propane but in case you have to refill it yourself we will credit you with receipt and proof of purchase.

BLUE trash can is for recyclable only. GREEN trash can is for regular trash. There are cameras outside the home. If you throw away regular trash on the recycle bin you will be fined ($250). Garbage is put out Tuesdays and Fridays.

Beware home is not childproof. Please supervise minors at all times.

Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure. Also, keep the space clean and throw away trash.

There is a smart thermostat installed that will automatically sense when you are inside or outside the house. When you are inside, you can set the temperature the way you prefer it (never less than 70F). When you are outside the home, temperature will be managed by the smart thermostat for energy saving purposes.

Do not throw trash, not even toilet paper, down the toilet.
